The pharmacy at this Walgreen is an absolute nightmare. They treat you like garbage, they are extremely rude, and just have a general I do not care and I hate my job attitude. Avoid this place if you can.

Absolutely no follow up or customer service from this pharmacy. Third time my scripts were held up b/c they didn't follow up and when I called didn't seem to care. Time for a change!

The pharmacy and its staff. They do not inform you when you have a medication that is called in but they are out of stock. They wait for you to call and ask when you may pick up your medication. This has not happened on a single occasion but several and with different types of medication for both my father who is a heart patient and my husband as well. Unfortunately Spring Grove is a small town and this Walgreens is the only means for most people to obtain medication for both chronic and non-chronic conditions. Hopefully more people will stop using this Walgreens pharmacy location and utilize Jewel-Osco pharmacy and/or a CVS moves into town.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Because I'm a resident in town this is where I had my prescriptions and I changed that service over to a different Walgreens in a different town about 18 months ago due to the poor service out of the pharmacy department. Every time I've gone in there whether it's for photo development or just to even purchase something it's just horrible for an experience. Today I had to go back in because I set up a Covid test to get back into work. All I heard from the pharmacist was how shorthanded they were, how behind they were, how they didn't have any kits put together yet, the employee who was supposed to do Covid testing wasn't there and they're running behind, she didn't know if it was done properly if not she refund me, just on and on about why I'm getting crappy service out of this location. They should shut the store down or find management that actually knows what they're doing!

My fiance, with a heart condition, picked up 2 of 4 meds recently. Neither for his heart. They insist he picked them up so now he goes anoher month without them. Tuesday he goes for an Angiogram a d there is def blockage. Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves for their incompitance

Very poor service pharmacy is terrible. Wrong prescriptions. Count your pills . Always a long line. Not very accurate for a drug store.

Worst service ever... sat at the drive through only to leave after 20 minutes of sitting there in front of the windows. Six people working the pharmacy inside, not one came over despite me honking the horn 4 times. Cars behind me were backing up and leaving too. I will be changing pharmacies this week!!!

Plan on long wait times. I had a scheduled appt, but was seen exactly 1 hour after. I saw the person before me leave 30 minutes before I was called in. I can't help but wonder if tech/nurse went to lunch in between patients? Once called in, administering vaccination took maybe 2 minutes.

It’s clear there’s been a management change in the past few months. Went from great service to nothing at all. They don’t answer the phone, I drop off days in advance & they don’t check the database for pending prescriptions. So I have to drive by each time to ask for an update only to be told to wait a few more hrs when I’ve given days in advance for the past few months and nobody can pick up my calls? It’s ridiculous!

Worst drive thru wait ever!! Only one lane. Then you go inside and the wait is just as bad. No one seems to care the lines are long.
