Have used them multiple times and whether it is for misspellings or wrong names on the sized shirts, it's always been a mess. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but will no longer be using them.

I spent two weeks working on getting a quote and then processing a PO through my school district. I was then told that I had to pay for the order prior to them processing the order. A total waste of two weeks.

Holy cow! Customer service is a 10/10, communication 10/10. Friendly, gives great ideas and everyone you talk you will treat you like family. Hands down if you coach a program or are in need of gear use this great company.

We’ve done stuff with sports decals for 4 years. For last two years when they were bought out it’s been downward decline. Communication with reps have been horrible. Orders have been incorrect. Quality of decals bad. State free art work, but now have to pay for your order before art work can be done. We have to get approval of all art work before we can pay for anything. Making it harder and harder to do business here. Think only time we’ll use them is when they have t shirt

Just a bit disappointed at the lack of effort to get my tshirts back to me in a timely fashion after they were given to me not correct (their mistake)and I dropped them back off to be fixed. Been waiting over a week. You would think it would be at the top of their list, not needing to wait, again!But i can say the part that was done...Looked good!

Helpful staff-it says Outlet Prices over the door and they really were reasonable!! I even was a le to sit down with a staff member who was patient and answered all of my questions!!!

Great place! I needed shirts for a conference and they not only got me a quote in under 2 hrs but they had the cheapest price. When the shirts were done the quality was absolutely amazing!! I am very impressed with Sportdecals and will use them in the future for my orders.

Miss Englewood Stingrays has been working with Sport decals for a couple seasons now and they have been the easiest and most helpful company to work with. They produce quality products and great customer service.
