This was the second time I have taken my Tacoma to Mike's. Both visits were excellent! They got me in on short notice the first time I needed a repair and the prices have been resonable. Chris, the Service Advisor, is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Mike's Auto Works!!

Stopped in for a flat tire on my mothers SUV. They had it repaired the same day while communicating though the whole process. The gentleman at the front desk was a pleasure to speak with. Thanks for the help!

Went to get my oil changed. First I don’t like being called hon or anything other than my name. I find it disrespectful. Then while I was waiting to check in a man comes in and says I got my oil changed and now it’s leaking. He told told it would be fixed. I thought to myself I sure hope that doesn’t happen to me. Well guess what it did !!!! Also there’s subpose to be an inspection and when you pay the person behind the counter goes over it with you. That did not happen. About a week later I went to a mechanic to have my breaks done and guess what. My oil was leaking!!!!!! They had to fix it and of course I got charged for it. Pictures were taken and sent to me. I sent them to Mike. No response. I sent the email 3 times and no response!!!!!! I feel I should be compensated for the oil lost ! Then I get a text I respond about the oil leak again no one bothers to pick up the phone and call me maybe apologize! No I get a text Chris said he responded to your email and I didn’t respond back ? now that’s funny right there ! So I responded back even provided my mechanics information and resent the email with the pictures. I doubt I will here from anyone !! This is not the first time I have had issues with leaving messages and no one calls back. Just beware !!!!!!!

Best mechanics anywhere. As a senior there is always businesses that would take advantage of us. Mike’s shop is honest, reputable and just nice. They treat you like family. Will continue to recommend highly.

Chris at Mikes Auto was super helpful and extremely transparent through the whole process of getting my car fixed up. He recommend a tow truck for me which was quite cost effective since his driver was out of town. Upon examination of my car, Chris relayed all of the issues and what he would like to have done. In terms of transparency, Chris was totally upfront about wanting to replace an entire system rather than just certain parts that were malfunctioning in order for me to not have a similar issue with more costs later on down the road. The price he quoted was the price I paid. There were no hidden costs. Chris and his team got me in in a timely manner and had my car back up and running sooner than planned. Mikes Auto Works in Spring Grove has a new customer for sure! I highly recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their vehicles.
