ZERO STARS. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY. If I could post zero stars I would. I had the worst experience with Dean that I have ever had with any business in my entire life. He quoted a two week job and continued to make every excuse under the sun. He will blatantly lie to you claiming that work is being completed. Two years later and no vehicle. Dean is the furthest thing from a professional that there is. BEWARE!

Worst experience with a autobody repair shop I have every had. Dean over promises and underdelivers. The body and paint work on my car was supposed to be completed in 4 to 6 weeks. Dean has had the car for a total of 20 weeks and it's still not finished. He dodges my calls and won't return the car to me so I can take it to another shop to complete the job. I have involved the McHenry police to try to get car back. Future customers beware.Service: Body & Trim

Dean offered suggestions to keep costs down, took his time to do things right including extra work repairing discovered rust spots at no extra cost. Installed wheel flares and running boards on my truck, fixed rust spots, and painted all to match. Would highly recommend, professional quality at a very reasonable cost compared to other local bids in the Spring Grove area.
