As a local small businesses owner I rely on lots of tires for my vehicles and equipment. L&L is the only place I go now. There prices are unbeatable and there customer service is top knotch. They are always quick to get me in get tires replaced or repaired and get me back out there making money. Don't bother going anywhere else. L&L tire has your back.

I called just to find out if they could replace a tire and balance the other three, I had never done business with them before so I didn't know what they did and did not do. The lady on the phone not only was incredibly rude but she then hung up on me because I told her that I could drive to Alton and have my tires done same day. Her exact response was "then I don't know why you're here"..... The only reason I even told her about the place in Alton that could do it, is because she said very sarcastically good luck finding somebody to do it same day because we don't stock tires for automotive....Somebody who's going to treat their customers that poorly should not be in business and being a small business owner myself, I would never speak to a customer that way... Never will I ever go back to that place I will definitely drive out of my way to give somebody else my business! Most tire places will do same day So it was not unreasonable for me to think if I got there when they opened that they could slide me in.....

I was able to walk in off the street and they repaired my tire immediately and had me on my way. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I will be giving them a lot more business in the future.

Only place buy good tires friendly people great customer service been getting all my tires an lot tires for other people haven't had complaining yet.Just got 4 new 35 inch tires put on my 4x4 man I love them. The tires and the tire shop good bunch people run it and work there thanks guys always have my tire business
