WORST DOLLAR TREE EVER. The black employee threw my basket cause she spilt her OWN soda..then she told the MANAGER that she's getting another one for free from the store. She made me wait 45 minutes it felt like for her to clean it up. She was bossing around her own boss, named "trudy" then she was ringing stuff up twice and wrong. This store is the worst go too murphy or duquoin!!! That lady needed fired! Was not friendly at all!

The cashier Sharon could use a class in manners. Treated the woman in front of me like a queen and didn’t say one word to me except, “ DO YOU WANT YOUR RECEIPT?”Not even thank you. Some training in counting change wouldn’t hurt either.

I was in Sparta IL Dollar Tree on May 8th between 12-12:30 and the cashier was extremely rude. I decided not to say anything to her because it would not have been nice. But, she needs an attitude adjustment!

I was at dollar tree in sparta Illinois on Feb. 1 2022 at 8:00 pm and the manager that was there was on his cell phone talking wouldnt come to help check people out. And kept sitting in the office. I didnt think you were supposed to make personal calls when working. And the customer should come first. The cashier was trying to stock shelves and had to stop all the time to check people out because he wouldnt help. I have been there when the manager Patty was working and she checks people out at register and even goes in the back to look for things for customers. The store displays are set up nicely too.

I wish this store sold frozen foods like the dollar tree in Fairview.. ofallon (iL) area .. we are a very small town and was told they probably won't sell that bc we have walmart (I hate Walmart).... our store is getting better/up to date stuff.. I love dollar tree everything is a dollar what's not to love
