Terry gave me my options and assisted with choosing the best tires for my vehicle. His team members made sure I was safely driven to and from their location so that I wouldn’t miss work while they replace my tires and did an alignment on my vehicle. “I was told by a dealership because my tire was bouncing that I needed a new rim. However, a friend of mine referred me to this establishment. They looked at my tires. They looked at my rim, tested the balancing in the tire and come to find out, it wasn’t a rim. It was a steel belt that had gone bad in the tire, this is a very courteous staff eager to help you and give you the full explanation of what is going on with your vehicle. I ended up getting new tires no rim needed and pulled out of their place. Very happy. Also The staff is Courteous and knowledgeable on what they are doing. I will no longer take my car to the dealership for anything. I will always bring my car here. Great job guys.”

“I found myself stranded in Pontoon Beach last night with a flat tire. I stopped by Patterson's in the morning to see if they could fix it... but they were crazy busy, and it looked like a couple of hours' wait. The owner saw that I was in a predicament and sent someone out to help me air up my tire so I could get home.

He not only explains what needs to be done, finds you the best price, but communicates extremely well with customers both in the store and on the phone, as well as the many technicians coming in and out of the garage. “This Sam's club is very clean and almost always has what I need. They have been out of random things here and there, but for the most part are fully stocked. The bakery is very nice and accommodating to different designs. They have an excellent alcohol selection at cheaper prices than regular grocery stores. The 4 star review was because I bought two separate Christmas displays from them and they were both so damaged that I had to return them.”

“Went to get to front tires from wrenway (old cheapies) and when I got home my husband said one was plugged and they didn't look good and I called them back and the lady was nice had my receipt and with no promblems they changed them out for me will be back . Remember to hold on to your receipt they have a 14 day warranty.”

“I blew a tire on my horse trailer coming home from camp and D&D tire got someone dispatched out in about 45 minutes. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and talked me through what tire I needed for replacement. She and the service man took my horses care into consideration and promptly got my tire replaced with zero fuss. He handled my trailer so gently, I don't think the horses even knew what happened. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and kindness of the staff. I highly recommend this business!”
