Employees and management are very unprofessional and rude. They gave me a hard time with my order, then gave me the wrong order with a bad attitude

The manager DENISE has NO customer service skills whatsoever. She is rude and her demeanor is terrible. I’ve seen her talk to the employees like they were trash. She is so unfriendly. The other managers are so friendly and Bubbly.
