Long lines ... Employees Were not able to assist ? me with anything I needed multiple times especially in the pharmacy including the drive thru..its only one younger girl that's on point there the long waits in the aisle to get assistance with a item locked ? away ugh ? I tried yall but the rewards part cool ?

I come to know coming here as the food and beverage. Electronics were as well to get and come for also assembled as a great need. Soon there will be no new agenda.

Absolutely no one answers the pharmacy phone. The drive thru is never open. I have counted my pills and 11 were missing. The lines in the pharmacy is usually a 30 minute wait. After getting the pharmacy on the phone after being on hold 1 hour the call goes dead. This Walgreens needs a new staff and management!

Pharmacy nev answers the phone and constantly messes up prescription orders. The store as a whole is messy. Taking my business elsewhere.

Always unprofessional! Very rude workers, just bad customer service. Everybody has an issue or attitude! Especially the pharmacy! Wish I could give 0 stars. None at all. Walgreens use to be very professional and had workers that were always friendly. Nowadays they act like you shouldn't even ask them any Questions at all and they are at work! Smh!

Went to get my second booster today at Walgreens where I received the previous 3 Pfizer vaccines. Was told I would have to pay for the booster since my insurance was no longer valid. I looked up the CDC requirements and all COVID vaccines are supposed to be free regardless of insured or uninsured. Did I miss something? Have they been charging the insurance companies and telling us that it's free! Asked the tech for my ID back. Called Walmart and they assured me that I would not have to pay. Scheduled appointment for tomorrow. Here ai am Simone that is willing to take the vaccine and couldn't get it! SMH

I have now waited 40 mins in the drive thru for pharmacy. I have called into the store and have been placed on hold for 20 of those 40 mins. If the drive thru is not open simply put up a sign saying so. This is ridiculous. One person got out of his car went into the store and got his medication. And perhaps it would be smarter to have one lane for Covid and the other for prescription pickup. Not Covid and prescription in the same lane. Once someone answered the phone the young lady was professional and completed the order. Altogether everything took about an hour. Obviously, this Walgreens is not properly staffed. What a disservice to the customers and the employees.

Call in for a prescription.. was told it's here, I let An hr go by before I come in. Line is long only two workers multiple people complaining about confirming a pick up is ready, get here they don't have nothing for me. I had to get back in line for another 30 min jus to find out it is here! Jus terrible the way the handle it here

It's hard to pass this opportunity to again say how UNDERSTAFFED & slow this store is. I'm forced to pick up my family's prescriptions here. The line at the drive through is half open been sitting for 45 minutes in line. The fish stinks from the head down. The manager doesn't care and if he or she did please reach out to me.

I had a very pleasant experience with this Walgreens. The service provided by the staff was great. Kiara in particular was helpful, answered all of my questions and made sure I received all of my qualifying discounts, and coupons for my purchases. When the check out lines got too long, other check outs were opened expeditiously. All in all I am pleased with their service and will shop there often.
