If I could give this place negative zero stars I would. I normally don't leave reviews but Val messed my hair up so bad, I couldn't keep quiet. First let me say she is a kind person but does not know how to cut, style or do hair. Maybe her age has become a factor. She cut my hair and left some too long and some too short. I am convinced she was trying to make me bald like her. My overall experience was terrible and her prices are outrageous - I paid $160. I have decided to start going somewhere else because this was the last time I give my money away for garbage.

its a nice place. Very clean, I personally love everything at/about Vals. I just wish Beauty shops would spread their Clients out for appointment, (I hate waiting) I also wish she would of did my finger waves hard instead of soft, They last one day, 55 dollars down the drain!

I always have a great experience at Val's because of the following: 1) the shop is clean, 2) my appointment starts on time, and 3) Sheneka, my hairdresser, gives me a relaxing hair wash and nice haircut. Plus, Sheneka is professional and amiable.
