This has got to be the worst UPS STORE EVER, 1. They never answer the phone 2. Everyone there has an attitude 3. Whenever my package says it's delivered to that store, and you go there they say it's never there 4. Go to Harvey location and they tell you it's at south holland You return to south holland and they find it thrown in the back on floor where they just throw the boxes like it's garbage 5. The notary is garbage, every time I have some notarized it comes back ILLEGIBLE 6. They should just close and save the neighborhood the headache

This is the worst UPS store ever in our neighbourhood in Chicago , they won’t answer important calls , they don’t care about no one but there selfish self . It’s the only store not available and can’t be reached even at an emergency . I hate this place so bad . Good slim female staff and the dred lock guy not bad but the management is the worst ever . Shame on the owner

I have been a client here for over 15 years and they cancelled my contract. I spoke to the owner on Friday regarding the issue and I asked why couldn’t he just make a courtesy call. He replied “I don’t do that.” He wanted me to pay for services I did not receive. When I rejected, he became very irate. Then, we came to an agreement that I would pay for 3 months at $72. When I returned to the store on Saturday, they wanted to charge me for the ENTIRE YEAR which is not what we discussed. The lady called the manager because I asked to speak to him. She said he didn’t want to talk to me. The other man behind the counter became and ignorant and said he was gonna call the police because I was simple was asking questions about the fees. I asked for my paperwork that I filled and they refused. Then, he became loud and asked me to get out the store. No professionalism, I would not recommend ANYONE go here due to the disrespectful attitudes, immaturity, and refusal to answer customers questions and concerns.

The young lady at the counter was very rude and nasty. This is the first time I ever dealt with her. I would not recommend anyone to this location. The tall young man has always been cordial. But the young lady that worked on 1/16/24 @ 1p was horrible. She was talking to older adults disrespectful.

Worst customer service and professionalism I have ever seen consistently from a single business. I been having issues with receiving my packages for a while now from this location. From being told by employees that I have to go to another locations to pick up my package (even know this is the location shipped to) and also just being told they don't know where my package is. Today was one of the worst encounters; which is what prompted me to do a review. There was a young African American lady with braids that was in her phone the entire time while servicing me. The interaction felt like I was a bother the entire time with it ending once again me not receiving another package. I asked this lady should I have my packages delivered another location kindly, she rudely responded, "yea don't send you packages here". The rudeness and uncaring representation that this location presents is shameful. I will be reaching out to corporate. 12/15/20234:00pmSouth Holland, Illinois

This trifling store SENT MY PACKAGE BACK yesterday because I don't have a mailbox here. The first employee told me I'd have to pay a fee. I told her I was aware. I only sent it to this location because it's closest to me. The second employee told me when they have a certain amount of packages, they send them back unless you have a box with them. When I said, isn't this a UPS store, this woman said, "WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH UPS." COME UPS. YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER THAN THIS. I NEEDED THAT PACKAGE FOR TODAY, IT CAME, AND YOU SENT IT BACK.

Went into this location to send a laptop back to my corporate office. The young lady who was waiting on me was actually on a personal phone call while trying to conduct business. I asked her if she needed the Corporate UPS card. She said no, this was her first time doing this (?) She told me I needed to purchase a box, I told her that was not the instructions for a corporate account. She went to ask for help from the owner. Still on her personal call.She came back still on the personal call not sure of how to handle shipping the laptop back. I decided to go elsewhere due to the unprofessionalism in this establishment that continues to go on. This was not my first negative encounter but it will be my last.While asking the owner a question, the employee proceeded to answer it, when I addressed her and said I wasn’t asking her, the owner immediately spoke to me as if I offended him and her. This business owner’s lack of customer service represents why his business is only a 2Star rating.

I have always had a good experience with this location.the employees r friendly and helpful.some r a little dry in their personal,but all in all the service has been great and Inwill continue to going to this location for my ups services.

Dropped off a package and package never left the location according to the tracking. Called the store they gave me the run around. I ask everyone to stop using this location and go to a different store .
