I now only go to Ossamas to get my hair straightened. They do a wonderful job and they are priced reasonable compared to other shops I used to go to.

I liked it they did a great job on my hair. But that blow drying part. MMM I don't like getting burned.. and I don't like having to say it more than 2 times.. But . I think I may try them again

Terrible service. Terrible finished results. I asked for ends clipped, they claimed I received a full hair style cut. I asked for a light blue rinse, they turned my hair turquoise. I will never ever return to this shop for any kind of service. They shouldn't even be in business!!!

I was burned with the blow brush and curling iron more than once. Patches of hair was coming out by the hand full and was going bald on the top of my head. Needless to say I stop going. When I first started with Islam my hair was hanging over the back of the chair and now I barely have a hand full of hair.

The owner of this shop scams his clients and doesn’t know how to properly color hair. After having highlight services done 2 times we felt comfortable going back for a lightening. We went in for a color and he completely damaged the hair and rushed through the hair cut. I was completely let down because we grew to trust his work and with this situation, he promised that if we didn’t like the style we can come back and get it fixed for free, only to charge close to the same amount he initially charged for the first haphazard job. How you deal with issues that arise with your customers is a true judge of character as a business owner.Services: Hairstyling

I've loved ossamas for over 10 years now.... not too much lately bc I wear protective styles, but when I want to wear it out, that's where I go and they do a great job every time. Even when I don't want to pay for a trim, they do it if it's really needed and I love the care I get. The only thing I don't like is the assembly line of people I have to tip.... but then my hair looks great, and I don't mind.

They put some kind of straightener in my 12 year old hair. Her natural curl pattern is gone and her hair has been falling out. So wrong to do. If you can’t do natural hair just say no. They charge extra for “curly” hair and do some dishonest stuff like this.Service: Hairstyling
