If u don't buy shingles from them you will not get a dumpster I was told the morning of job with a crew if 6. Real nice huh?. Called tri state they delivered within 3 hrs and $50 cheaper on a 10yd. Ive never been charged a penny more then estimated from tri state disposal. Never will call midway again. Worse customer service in the industry.

These people are IMBECILES and broke and have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed in a material store! A disgrace with what had taken place!We placed an order on 8-7 for a morning delivery for 8-10 for a CHURCH the wife who clearly is BROKE called me on 8-7 and 8-8 for paymentI specifically wrote her in an email since common sense goes over their heads At MIDWAY that payment does not need to be taken 3 days prior to delivery! It will be taken the day before delivery!Clearly they have a problem with letting people pay the day before delivery as THEY ARE BROKE and want to run cards 1 week in advance 3 days in advance but not the night before! This is bad business NO BUSINESS or MATERIAL STORE has a problem collecting payment the night before the drop or the morning of the drop except for MIDWAY as they are whose actually broke!They have one employee who they make work in a small garage area with ABSOLUTELY NO AC the wife has an attitude and clearly can’t get it through her thick skull acceptable businesses practices!!!!! So she calls the customer broke ??? clearly she hasn’t learned how the real world operates yet ?♀️PAYMENT DAY BEFORE DROP OR MORNING OF is how I pay and no one who treats their employees in such a manner will be telling me otherwise you’ve already proven you can’t be trusted!!!!Even after you place an order 3 days prior your material will show up 7 hours late and if you complain they will tell you your broke cause you didn’t want them to run your card until the day before the drop LIKE EVERY OTHER MATERIAL STORE IN AMERICA ??We explained this to them in an email and they are mad at us ? for their own UTTER STUPIDITY and refused to sell my company the extra 2 sqs I neededOne thing I can’t stand is an uneducated woman putting down the company that pays me and provides AC! It’s you who can’t get it through your head I am in charge of our payments and I SAY we don’t pay for material until the night prior to job and that material being dropped or the Morning of! I run the card so keep calling the company that pays me very well broke because your to dense to understand Deborah and Pat what I’ve explained to you ladies on numerous occasions! I have no problem with any other material stores and paying the night prior or morning of except with MIDWAY cause it is you whose actually broke and before you talk to contractor the way you do provide some air conditioner for your only employee!!!!And we can all run our mouths but it’s bad business to work with such an incompetent material provider with an attitude and who treat their only employee like NOTHING get the girl some air its 2023 before you as a company have the AUDACITY to call others who purchase from you broke yet you don’t even provide for your own!!!!!We can all talk ❤️ and it’s America ?? so I’ll run my mouth ? Thanks Chuck for the advice and tell your wife there is no need to run a card until the night prior to delivery or morning of something you should have taught her a long time ago and this wouldn’t be an issue!!!!! But because it’s you whose actually broke your wife tries to take payments days in advance to the actual drop which does not work for me and the company I represent and again I’m who authorizes payments for material so tell your wife to call me and I’ll explain it to her 100 more times and she still won’t understand! Clearly she’s the problem!It’s 2023 if your to dense and broke to understand no one needs to pay for a material drop until the night prior to drop or morning of maybe it’s time to sell cut your losses and retire and get someone in their who actually can run a material store and provide AC to their employee as you only have one! No other material store in America ?? has a problem with taken payment night prior to drop of morning of except MIDWAY so it’s you whose broke and causing problems and dropping off material 7 hours late ⏰? your the only material store who wants to collect payment days in advance so your the only BROKE one we see!

Called in 10 min before closing.Showed up 10 min before opening up.Said my item might have been sold.To the manager Chuck, who said you are doing great. You are NOT. you need to work on costumer service and solutions. Not sell me on your perspective. Pay more attention to your costumer basis. Remember we're the ones who pay your fkn salary.Costumer service D-Learn how to manage Chuck.

The reservation process was super easy (thanks Pat). The dumpster arrived sooner than expected because of the weekend. Dave called me the day of the order and kept in touch with me until after the dumpster arrived (next day). I really was not expecting that. The driver was so nice, professional, and just excellent at his job. He parked it perfectly on our driveway after bringing it up our steep hill in reverse! I wish I had his name for this honorable mention. The dumpster was clean too. I will definitely be working with them again.
