I love this daycare so much! It’s clean, the staff is very respectful and most importantly, my daughter love it there! My daughter been there for 5 years and I never had a problem! It’s really hard to find a daycare and trust people with your children! But this daycare I love it there!

Little Eye N Stiens Early Development Center was a very warm and welcoming experience. Staff are very professionel and understand the concept of service excellence. The facility was clean and in order. This visit was my third experience presentation of my exotic pets and I was welcomed back with open arms. The children enjoyed the experience and had a tremendous time. I feel blessed zo be a part of a tremendous event.

It’s really sickening how many fake reviews I’m reading. & you can tell which are fake. Please don’t be fooled. I promise this is not a place for our babies. As a parent I’m very big on being aware of the adults we trust with our children. Latoya was wonderful when we met I thought this was the most perfect place for my child but I thank god everyday it didn’t take long of my child being here to realize that Latoya is an ACTOR & Needs A Grammy For It. Very Horrible Person. Very unprofessional daycare. I’ve never left a review on any establishment in my life. But for these babies I’m definitely going to make my fellow parents aware.

Very unprofessional. I’ve never seen a daycare hire new staff almost every week. None of which are properly trained nor have any certification to be working in the daycare. Latoya Grooms ( Owner) doesn’t respect the parents or the children. She will be so nice to them as the parents drop the children off but as soon as you leave out or SHE THINKS YOURE Gone She talks to the kids with no respect at all just for crying. I thought this was the place for my child but I will never in life send my child back here. The children could even tell you how Latoya Acts and treats them.. just not in her face because she scares the heck out those babies ?

I love this daycare my infant son Winsten has changed so much over a course of 2 weeks. He is sleeping better and extremely aware. I love the fact that I know how many times he’s been fed n changed and the last time it happened because I can easily keep up the schedule. He was a happy bouncing infant before his first day here and he is happy bouncy infant after his time here. I recommend 100 percent

My Kids Has Been Attending Little Eye N Steins For 3 Years Now And I Have Never Had An Problem With Them. My Kids Love It Here Every Since My Kids Been Here I Can See Their Growth In Learning Because They Surround Our Kids In A Learning Environment Early To Prepare Them For Elementary School. My Son Was One Of The Top Kids In His Class That Was Able To Write His Full Name, Birthday, And Address When He First Started Kindergarten. I’m So Grateful I Met Ms.Latoya She Is So Caring And Understanding. When It Comes To All The Kids She Treats Them As If They Are Her Own She Plan All Kinds Of Activities For The Kids, Parents, And The Workers And Really Go All Out For Everyone When It Comes To These Babies ?A True Blessing I Can Really Say You Can Not Believe Everything People Say About Her

I've heard of so many complaints about this place its ridiculous and I don't even have children. I had to pick up my nephew from this place before as his mom was working late. The lady that sits at the desk (Ms. Latoya I believe?) was first off on the phone which sounded like a personal call and not catering to the parents trying to get their kids which is unprofessional. Then when people were trying to get her attention she was blatanly ignoring them. She was rude once she finally decided to acknowledge the people waiting to sign their kids out. I was sent money to pay my nephew's balance for that week and thank goodness for transaction history as she DID NOT offer a receipt nor did she provide one when asked. Thats a no no when dealing with a business. There was 1 teacher there with a bunch of kids and she had jo help. Meanwhile my bephew is climbing over this front desk trying to get out when he saw me. Had I not been standing there he could've hurt himself since they were just going to let him do it Anyway, people aren't just making this up, not with all of the ACTUAL negative reviews seeing as how the positive ones all sound the same meaning she's probably getting her staff to write them to counteract the bad honest ones. Thats sketchy. She needs some training on how to deal with the people, have someone else to do it, or choose a different line of work. Nobody should have to deal with that. Its hard enough for people. Do vetter. Give respect and you'll get it..simple

Let’s just say if I can give this place 0 Stars I would. I’ve never experience so much unprofessionalism , rudeness, arrogant, and ignorance in my life. The owner (MS LATOYA) is a thief, she stole over 3000 dollars from my family and refuse to give us receipts or our money back. once she realize that I was going to report her for fraud she tried to charge me 200 dollars for receipts I never recieved. Every week she has a different price for the program. She start being very rude, being very disrespectful, I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. She harassed me for months til I was fed up. Every week she would make my child leave for days and weeks at a time because she would find different reasons to say he couldn’t stay which cause me to call off work. She seen no problem in it. (Was still getting paid days and weeks my child wasn’t in attendance) Even went as far as refusing my child school with us having two doctors notes and a return to school note as well as they called the provider to verify and still tried to deny him services. So once I start showing her code violations, discrimination , and HIPAA laws, fraud laws she start being extremely rude. She violated so many policies it don’t make any sense. After doing my research I’ve realize this place has been shut down numerous times because of code violations. I’ve walk in the program multiple times and seen 1 teacher trying to balance 2 rooms. One time I walked in the program to pick my child up and she was crying (she was always crying over something) in the middle of the floor with 15 kids running around her because her whole staff team walked out on her for disrespect and not paying them. Since my child attended that program I’ve seen the whole staff be replace 3 different times within the matter of 3 months. Literally every week it’s a new person. She have her sons nieces boyfriends throughout the whole daycare, who is in fact not licensed. She’s a liar and finesser she will say one thing then change it up and lie about it, and say she never said it, then when you provide receipts she gets very aggressive. Long story short when you think to enroll your child DONT!!!!!! I also found out the older Caucasian teacher ms Pam hits the children. We had to correct her before for snatching up a child to aggressively. If your child can’t talk please don’t put your baby in there. PLEASE DONT LET ALL THAT CRYING FOOL YOU MS LATOYA CAN TURN IT ON IN 2 Seconds. Don’t let her sob story fool you. DONT TRUST HER.She also forced her staff to write good reviews on goggle once people start approaching her about her negative reviews.

I am so glad I decided on the daycare that I am at my child has learned so many things. As far as learning how to share , speech, being social, singing, going potty, and having trust in the teachers that teach him daily. He has grown so much and improved in his education I am a very happy parent. The teachers are patient, soft speaken and loving I would recommend this daycare

If I could give this establishment 10 stars I would. I came across this facility during Covid and was very nervous but me and my daughter father had work. FIRST DAY which was also the tour of the facility Ms. Latoya immediately greeted us as if she already knew us. Made things extremely easy for me and my family during this transition. Almost 2 years now and I wouldn’t want to take my kids from there family daycare. I LOVE IT HERE better yet WE LOVE IT HERE. Thank you Ms. Latoya and everyone who works here for treating us like a family.

The owner of this facility (Ms. Latoya) is extremely unprofessional, arrogant, and utterly rude to parents as well as her own staff. I honestly never wanted to write a review as I am very reserved, especially when I have to entrust someone with my child's care and wellbeing. (I am a foster to adopt mom and I also hold my license for this, so I try to remain as professional as possible in all situations.) I planned on leaving the facility after the Summer program ended and never looking back, but today was the final straw. The owner decided to speak to me in a very disrespectful deportment in front of children, parents, as well as staff members while picking up my son from the end of the year "Picnic in the Park" event. She loudly made ignorant comments and remarks to me from across the park in an ill-mannered way, as my son and I were leaving. This was the most loutish behavior I have seen thus far from someone who is supposed to be a professional with children under their care.This all originally started towards the beginning of her Summer program after she refused to apologize or even admit that she was wrong about incorrectly adding up the cost of all field trips for the Camp. She began by texting me at 6:44a.m. on Friday July 8, 2022 accusing me of cheating her out of funds for Summer activities. Please also keep in mind that I paid for everything in advance before it was even due. She was in fact incorrect and it was proven. Even with the error on her end she still refused to apologize and had the audacity to have an attitude with me, because she was proven wrong. She stormed out of the building at that time and even continued to show her haughty demeanor on a daily basis since the incident.If a parent is asking for clarification on something it is common courtesy to speak to them with respect; which the owner did not display. I wish that I could post the screenshots of the deranged text messages that were being sent to me by this woman, but it is against Google's policy for Photos and Video Criteria. Hopefully I have been detailed enough though for those in need of a review. If I ever get the go ahead by Google to post the screenshots of the text messages she sent to me I will gladly do this for any proof needed for fellow parents as they have been saved to my device for reference.I previously liked this facility, but I noticed the staff constantly changing and leaving one by one with no notice. She even lost an amazing retired CPS teacher (Mrs. Coleman) and I should have read the writing on the wall after her departure. At this point, the turnover rate is awful and now I understand why. I have witnessed her speaking poorly to her staff first hand and was in absolute shock that she did this in front of me as a parent instead of taking the employee into the office.Please do your due diligence when selecting any facility; as a level of trust is needed since your child is in their hands during the day. This was not the only incident, but after multiple run-ins with the owner, I do not trust that my child would be treated properly in her care. He will no longer be attending this daycare after today, but once again, make sure that you do your own homework in your selection process to make the best decision for your family. I have NEVER experienced this level of unprofessionalism from someone who is supposed to care for little children. I am just glad that my son will no longer be in attendance there.
