I have struggled monthly with the Walgreens and CVS pharmacies in this area (Dolton, South Holland, Riverdale, Calumet Park). Pharmacy at the Jewl in South Holland is very knowledgeable and able to quickly resolve issues . I was able to transfer my prescription here super fast, no issues . Woman on the phone was very nice . Highly recommend this pharmacy.***updateChanged from five stars to four. Pharmacy manager was excellent, but staff was a little rude. Thank you so much to the manager for bringing some class and manners to this location.The store experience was terrible from the parking lot , all throughout the store . Pharmacy still did a great job , but I am trying Homewood pharmacy next , or maybe Tinley Park . Willing to take the drive for a better experience . I would be so embarrassed if I had my family with me to see how bad this store is ….

Got my flu shot there on Wednesday 2 members of the pharmacy staff very rude I completed my paperwork and didn’t check what vaccine I was there for went and sat down in the chairs by the pharmacy I was overhead paged by this rude woman at the desk and she literally reamed me for not checking flu shot on the form as I was walking back to the counter I overheard the he lady and another staff member talking about me because I put the form down and sat down I guess they thought I was shopping I sat down because they were taking a long time and I have spine issues and needed to sit down first and last time I will get a vaccine from them very poor customer service I reported it to the pharmacist that gave me the vaccine.

Transferred my scripts to Walmart. I had One pack of cookies they wouldn't let me pay for when I picked up my medicine. At Walmart you Don't have to stand in a Separate Long line to pay for One item, you can pay at the Pharmacy for other items when you're already at the register paying for medication.

The Pharmacy Staff in South Holland is excellent. Their reviews shouldn't be confused with the General Store reviews. They're friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and go over and beyond to help sort out and resolve problems with Insurance CO's and Prescribers etc. when they arise. They'll call you if there's any issues and work with you to help get them resolved.Anna, Javier, Breanne, Leticia and the rest of the staff are all Gems.You'll never want to go to the Walgreens Pharmacy in SH ever again in life after visiting this pharmacy. ?They acknowledge you when waiting. Long lines are rare and they answer the phones.

What a nasty deli department! One clerk eating in front of us customers, boxes everywhere on counters, no machine to pull the tickets for customers to see what number is called, tried asking the clerk to change the number she wouldn't (employee name shaniya) majority of staff aren't wearing name tags! Where's the manager and is the store manager actually aware of whats going on? Or do they not care about unsanitary conditions and covid-19 procedures in place to protect them and the customer? I'll never step foot in this store again!

Our cashier Destiny felt it was appropriate to call her manager "stupid and a b****" when we inquired about our son applying to work here. Tired of the horrible customer service/ employee attitudes here.

One of the most delightful and amazing places I've been too. They genuinely care and that means a lot. Makeda (pharmacist) went above and beyond to help me out and I can't even put into words how much it means to me in this time of need and stress. And the other guy Ivan that rung me up was just as pleasant!! I highly recommend you put your script in with these ppl!!!!! There are still people that care in this world and this place is full of these people!!!
