“My major complaint is that it seems to take at least 3 business days to bind insurance because they don't accept checks OR ACH payments!!! When they do it takes 3 days to clear the payment and they don't provide the insurance for 3 days. They gave me a good quote, but after paying a 3% credit card fee it increased the price of doing business with them. ACH payments come directly out of a checking account so I'm not sure why this policy is in place. If other insurance companies can make paying for insurance easier and quicker I wish that they could find a way also. I'd recommend if you don't need the insurance for 3 days.”
