The older guy working in here needs some anger management. As somebody who works in management just because your store is having a technical issue does not give you the right to snatch items from customers hands, talk to them anyway you please, and slam items on the counter. And you definitely should not be so angry that you’re dropping change all over the floor.

This is the worse family dollar location I have ever been to. The associate Brian threatened me and was throwing my items on the ground. After this visit I definitely will be contacting corporate offices about Brian this guy was ignorant rude and a terrible representative of this store I would never go back and spend a single dollar with this place. Poor leadership and lack of customer service skills. Brian is a total douche bag.

My 13 year old daughter was told her $20 bill was counterfeit I'm a manager at a bank I go up there speak with the manager Sonya tried to point out some things so she can tell counterfeit from real and she said family dollar is different they can't take old bills it has to match what's on her paper and that the thread had to be in the middle of the bill amd mot the end. Very unprofessional, and uneducated. I can't believe she is a training manager.

The cashier was extremely rude and verbally abusive. The price that rang up was different than the shelf price. She stated "I'm not going to override what rang up".I left all my products there on the counter. Never returning to that location.

Everytime I go in there about 8:30/9pm it's always we only accepting card only ? ? after me and my kids have shopped and ready to check out that's something that suppose to be said when i walked in the store.But your cashier is in her phone . I don't own a debit card so I'm always having to come back the next day or drive two town's over to get what we need .My kids be sad when store do that. Because now we wasting time and gas to get there. And the manager he was very mean about it They really need to do better because all the other family dollar stores dont do that to their customers.

The customer service here is horrible by the employees an when the shelf prices don’t ring up correct at the register what it states on the shelf the rudely an nonchalantly tell you put your item back if you don’t like it because it’s nothing they can do about the price being incorrect. What a slap in the face an a big inconvenience. Another major issue is this location sells balloons but the manager tell the employees to lie an say there’s no helium but I watch the manager one day use the helium tank for her own personal use to blow up balloons for a party she was leaving work to attend but she tell’s the other employees to stick to this lie that there is no helium for customer use. This is very sad for our community an us paying customer don’t deserve type of behavior when coming shop and do business with this location. When ask to speak with corporate or higher manager they give you a phone number where no one ever answer or when they do no one ever gets back to you about the complaint an when you return yo the store the service becomes even worser.

If I could give this store less than one star I would. The store needs to be shut down truth be told. It’s poorly managed. The employees ALWAYS have attitudes especially the guy Brian. He’s rude and ignorant. And their prices once you get to the register are NEVER what the shelf says, then they refuse to honor it and it’s their mistake. It’s always an issue every time I stop in there. It’s sad that apparently according to the reviews that a lot of people that live in the area would rather drive to the next city over to get quality customer service.

I frequent this location regularly and it is always a bad experience for me. The employees all have nasty short tempered attitudes. And it starts with the managers. They never want to confirm or uphold the prices as shown in the store, and when you make knowm the price difference or question them, there's never a positive outcome. Example: I went to buy someRicola cough drops once and the price shown on the rack in front of a line full of them stated$2.95, but I was by the cashier they rang up for$3.15 when I told her the rack was showing adifference price (And I took a picture of it)She said oh well, that's what it's coming up so that's what it cost. When I asked for a managershe said there wasn't one in the store, that she would be in tomorrow morning. So, I asked for the number for the corporate office and was told they didn't have one... only the manager'spersonal cell number and it couldn't be given out. Today, I went in to get a few greeting cards and found some party plates that I possibly may need for my daughter's upcoming baby shower.So before completing the sell, I questioned the cashier to confirm, I wouldn't have any problems returning if not needed and therefore wanting to return. The cashier told me she didn't know for sure, because some things you can't return, I ask her to get the manager for me to confirm, she told me she was in the back.I asked if she could call her to the front so I could speak with her and she gave me the most unprofessional irrating look as she walked away.Fed-up with this kind of service, I decided that I'm not going to put up with anymore. Even though this location is in my neighborhood,I will drive farther and take my business elsewhere. I also decided to do this review, with hopes of saving others the pain and agony of this horrible customer service.

The manager of this family dollar is very (and I do mean VERY) disrespectful. Her attitude is nasty and she’s so unprofessional. She gives the company a bad look and an even WORSE reputation. I witnessed her argue back and forth with a customer in front of me. I was afraid to check out because I didn’t want to be next, I kindly pushed my cart to the side and left the store. . Seeing how she speaks to people make me never want to shop there again. And I don’t plan to.

The customer service is horrible every time I go. The workers are always on their phones with their ear pieces. Nothing is ever properly priced. I asked the manager for help and she didn't wanna come over and help like I was messing with her time. The cashiers have the worst attitudes and they not only get smart but pick fights. When something rings up the wrong price. They act like you are bothering them. This is the worst family dollar I have ever been to. It's a shame i have to go to one the next town over instead of my neighbor hood store. They need new management and new cashiers.
