I shared with a friend that I was seeking a new insurance agent closer to my home; someone I would feel comfortable communicating with. The last agent's office was located in Lockport, IL. This friend immediately referred me to Ms. Kirkland's, Allstate Insurance office, stating that her office was located in my Township, a few miles from my home. I contacted Ms. Kirkland's office and the rest is history. I am very pleased with the services I have received to date.
