This is the second time I came to this car wash to get an actual car wash. The times I have stopped by after shopping at Aldi's food store, there always something wrong with the Machinery. I have been for about three times for a car wash, at my very first carwash, I received what I paid for, My car was washed ,tires had a shine and my car appears to have been waxed.Today 18.00 wash . I asked the lady directing me into the car wash how does she know what car wash I am getting. She's directing everyone to move forward. She never took my receipt to see what vehicle type of wash I was to receive. So, I asked what wash am I getting . ( was told the same answer I had been told before by a Black man directing me into the car .) It knows, pointing to the screen on the wall that had the same symbols going across the screen, I said to the young lady well can you tell me what I am getting. she said" the routine wash . You know the basic wash." I said "I am not paid for a basic and i better not be getting a basic wash .I paid 18.00 for a complete car care wash ." I told her my ticket number and she could not find my car ticket number on her screen. She search the screen for the number again pulled up something and stood in front of the screen as I past through to get car washed.The car wash is a RIP off. I don't want to say all of them locations are rip off's but this one is.When I exit the car wash I took a look, especially at my tires,My car didn't appear to have been washed properly nor waxed and no sine on my tires.I parked my car . I asked directions to the office. The young man said at the end. I felt I was at a one horse gas station and the gas attendant did everything. The lady that directed me into car wash litally ran to the door jumped in front of a young man in the office area. I said ," I saw your face out there. Is there anyone else I can speak to about today's car wash. She said, no. "I said I see" . In order to maintain my day. I will go another way to file my complaint. I said "my car doesn't appear to have been the wash I requested. " She didn't ask to see the car. There's no phone number on the ticket for customer service.I will not be going to any more of these types of locations to be ripped off and wasting my time. Who ever is replying to the paying customers on this reply page, do not seem to be taking these complaints seriously. This is no joke. Economy is too bad these days . You should be Thankful and count your blessings.

It is now under a new name Rainstorm.. Their car wash is garbage nothing ever works and half the employees be high and the manager is very rude their equipment leaves scratches on your vehicle and when you tell them about it they play d*** when they know don’t waste ur time or ur money going here I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

First off this is the biggest joke of car wash in the area…They say they open @ 8 it’s 9:49 nowhere near open, no one stepped out to communicate any for of issues nor picked up phone, now why allow ppl to line up and no one comes to say anything….Aww yea the last wash was much better thanks!!!!

Poor customer service, I’ve had three interactions where I had questions on the VIP pass or something and each time it came with a snarky comment followed by someone else that was nice and answered my questions without anything extra. The pass is inexpensive, so I don’t expect a whole lot. It’s really disappointing to get there every time and no vacuums are available without an hour wait because only 6 are open and there’s 30+ cars. There’s no organization either. It’s fight for the vacuum and whoever has the most audacity to cut people off to get to a vacuum gets to clean their car. Cancelling my pass and going somewhere where at minimum employees aren’t rude and there’s organization.Service: Vacuuming

Highly recommend going elsewhere. I got the vip pass because it seemed convenient. Every time I go there is an issue. The lines are too long- which I get they can't control but they can help move things along. They block off so many vacuums at a time that people go straight to wash & leave & probably only do that because more than half the time it's an hour wait to get to a vacuum. I've tried three times this week alone to go vacuum my car and each time there are no vacuums available within a 30 minute period (what I consider a reasonable wait). They also don't have anyone that maintains wash very well. Each time I go there's tire shine dripping terribly all over my wheels. Its anything but convenient at this point, def not worth the pass or visit.

Employees claim business is closed when it's open. Dog washing station was filthy WHEN IT IS WORKING. Attitude of employees are poor. I used to come to this facility for better than 5 years 3-6 times a week. No more.

I'm confused. When your vehicle is dirty you take it to a car wash right? I live in a dirt road, took my truck there and was told it's too dirty. No mud, no rocks just dried powdery spray from the road. They made it sound like they were doing me a favor by washing it this time. Man said all the people with bmw's and Mercedes would complain that there cars are scratched. Huh?? Im sure those people get hand washes. So be warned, if you don't go early then apparently your getting everyone else's dirt on your car. Because you know, it's not like soap and water are used. And I doubt they change the brushes daily.
