Seeking auto coverage. I've been calling various companies obtaining quotes. Needless to say it's a tedious process; But what makes the process much less painful is when you reach someone like Ms. Toya @ the South Holland location. She is professional, reassuring, pleasant with her delivery. She took my information and explained to me that she was working with a limited staff and if she could call me back. She kept her word and in a timely manner she called with quotes and information. She answered our questions and just left us with a positive experience. I ( we) truly appreciate good customer service and Ms. Toya definitely delivered.
