OMGGGGGG TOYA WAS SOOOOO AWESOME!!! She was extremely nice and professional the entire time. This was the fastest, most cost efficient process I've ever been through getting insurance. I am extremely happy with the price, the vibes in here and everything. I love it!! Now I got to church every Sunday although I've missed the last few. But I am definitely going tomorrow. I am forever grateful. Thank you soooo much Toya :)

Was great I don’t when Freeway started taking calls but this is not okay I’ve been trying to pay my bill for 3 days . I literally just hung up from being on hold to long now . It was never like this before . And who is Freeway anyway ? It use to be courtesy calls . I actually left a message to have them call me back with someone who name start with a T she never called back . It slipped my mind because life happens ..but don’t say you will call and don’t . Just let me pay my bill right then and there . Now I’m late and have to pay a fee .

I had to give it a star so I was able to write a review but I had a terrible experience with them. In the past I was given courtesy calls letting me know that my insurance was due and making sure everything was up to date. Recently I had to start over with a new company Toya helped with everything. In the beginning Tekiya helped with a quote but when I talked to Toya when making the purchase the quote went up higher I’m not sure why but I really needed insurance so I purchased it and started paying monthly. It took me almost 3 months! It took for me to call and confirm that this payment I was paying was real because it was unbelievable but found out it was for towing that I NEVER PURCHASED but was paying with no courtesy call regarding why payment on my insurance wasn’t being processed! I ask Toya who helped with what happened and why I was not given notice or courtesy but she disregarded me with a nasty attitude! Needless to say that this company is money hungry and I would definitely not recommend! Thank goodness this did happen because in the long run I was able to find a more affordable company with exquisite mannerism!
