Store hours were cut until 5pm and the Elgin location on Randall Rd didn’t have a payment machine last time I tried using that location.

Horrible experience. Went there roughly a month ago because we signed up at a non-corporate store and had some issues so we decided to come here (corporate store) to fix everything. Where were me by the manager (for the life of me I cannot remember his name) He was tall, dark hair maybe Latino (either way doesn't matter). But he was horrible. Upon walking into the store he actually yelled at my wife and I to wait and he will get to us when he finds time. So we patiently waited and he came over to us asking what he can Do. I explained our situation and he kept interrupting me, jumping to conclusions and was visually upset about what I was explaining. He also did not at all believe what i was saying. I further explained that I did not drive out of my way to lie to him in which he continued to state that he can't believe what I'm saying because he cannot see it. Meanwhile my wife would try to further explain and even prove the issue we were having, he simply downplayed her and wouldn't listen to her. Ultimately he said he will not be helping us unless he can visually see the issue we were having. He did not give us opportunity to show him, my wife even attempted to and he immediately disregarded her. We left, both very upset and not helped at all. We ended up going back to the Huntley store (non corporate) they were very patient and even asked and allowed us to prove our issue. They have since corrected it. We mentioned our experience and they were actually able to name the manager and state they get many customers from your store that have dealt with this rude man. I was not going to write a review until I saw the other reviews on here complaining of managers. Not that it means anything to corporate verizon but my wife and I will never return to this store until we are ensured this man does not work there anymore. He literally made my wife cry. He can go **** himself.

Brittney is awesome! She handles anything you need. Old customers, new customers whatever it is. I have had a great experience here. They should be glad to have her.

Walked in after receiving deals directly from Google on new phones. My phone is in a need of an upgrade and the person who greated me was no help. He didn't know the deals. Looked at me and then my phone and said sorry we can't help you. I had to be the one to bring up my email and ask about the deals I got directly from Verizon and Google on new phones. He then told me he has no phones and that I should just go on the Verizon app to get my upgrade. Literally I have never had a worse experience than here. He wasn't even helpful, and had no interest in trying to get me any new phone. I will NOT go back to this location and do not recommend for others.

So unprofessional and lazy here ! I knew when we were in the store purchasing we were going to have issues due to the lack of knowledge on purchases and how unprofessional and lazy the sales associate was . We were double billed for a device on our account and our phone lines have now been disconnected 3 times . The manager Brittany takes no accountability for her store or staffs error. I have small children in school and have no way to get hold of school in an emergency due to phones constantly being shut off . Dealing with Verizon customer service is a whole other issue . Constant redirecting of phone calls and no one can seem to figure out how to fix them doubling billing . Will be switching phone services !

Called in customer service to add an additional line to my business & upgrade all of our phones.They couldn't process over the phone and recommended I goto a store.Went in spent near 2 hours there.Then they stalled / cancelled my orderSpent multiple hours on the phone / supposedly resolved, got an email this evening that there is another stallBlah blah blahBetween fees, upgrade costs, activation, cases over $1000.00 in and zero help. Can't wait to switch carriers and get refunded

DO NOT buy your phone here Brand new iPhone 48 days old can only talk or hear if on speaker… then stopped making or receiving calls completely… now gets hot hot hot when Sitting in room temperature. 4 young guys standing around Verizon store doing nothing… did not even pull up my acct and insisted it “yes it sucks” (their word) but they cannot do anything for me. Ive made one payment out of 24 and my phone is as good as a paper weight. If you want customer service do NOT go to this store. On our way to Apple now. We have been with Verizon 21 years and never missed a monthly payment.

Another big VZ store five customers in the the store 6 employees on the floor with customers while I waited and watched the 6th ( the manager) ignore me while he did clerical things with not even a someone will be with you soon or heaven forbid actually help me himself.
