“It’s crazy cause I came here all the time now I bought a vape that worked then stopped working out of nowhere I used my $5 off coupon to get this vape so you can tell I’ve always come here then they didn’t even want to exchange it or do anything about it so sad I’ve never coming back to this place please test your vapes before you come to this place they have the worst management ever and i was cool wit the little girl wit the glasses but yea some middle eastern guy screwed you guys business over badly I’ve never coming back to this place and for my friends and family I’m telling them to do the same so disappointed
Edit: I came back the next day and this awesome lady named Alyssa fixed all of my problems she told me that everything was a silly mistake and it will never happen again .. so get off your ahh and come up here to your local smoke shop their the best .”

Reasona le on the prices, and good selection on variety. They're not trying to "just sell" you things. It's also a plus that the employees are local, and knowledgeable about the area as well. “I ordered online for a very long time and a couple years ago when I started going into actual brick & mortar stores this was the first place I checked out and I will always return! They are one of two shops I’ll go to. Every employee I have encountered is friendly and very helpful. I always feel kind of silly when I have questions, but no one has ever made me feel like I had a “stupid” question and has been so helpful with their answers.
They almost always have better prices compared to others I’ve been to, they still have rewards points for $$$ off (some others have done away with this), and they always recommend testing your products before you leave so that you can return/exchange if something is wrong.”

“3 Heads is the best store I have ever been to. They have a wide variety to meet your needs. Julian(owner) is super awesome and really cares about everyone who walks into 3 Heads. The empoloyees are super friendly and I am always chatting with them. Everyone is super professional and well educated to answer any question. They are super fast to help you get what you need or to point you in right direction when just browsing certain products. They have never failed to meet my needs unlike many other similar stores have in the past. I will go out of my way just to shop here knowing I won't have any problems. Store is also very clean everytime I have visited along with never having a problem with parking. Highly recommend!”
