Responded quickly when I got too small a pod and sent an additional one the next day. Everything went as promised. Just be sure you understand how big the pod is before it arrives.

First time used for move. Bought trailer 13 ft but Used only 10 ft . Give me refund back for not used spaces.pros:1. Came On time2. Very friendly driver3. Customer service great4. Take tailer off on time when done5.Budget friendly .Cons:NO CONS

Our U-pack experience was excellent. Booking was easy, delivery and pick-up of the cube was all as promised. Everything arrived in excellent condition at the other end. We would definitely use their services again.

I couldn't possibly be happier with my experience using U-Pack when I made a cross-country move. From start to finish EVERYONE was extremely helpful and responsive. Skipping to the headlines - they were the friendliest and most professional on the phone as I was trying to gather information to decide which company to use; they were $200 less than any other company I had called; they were the ONLY COMPANY who would guarantee the drop-off date for delivering my pod to me at my new address; I never had trouble getting someone on the phone any time I called with questions or to verify status of any aspect of the move. Also, there was a minor issue with the first pod they gave me for my move and when I called the next day to ask them to fix it, they were at my house within hours to do so. On arrival in my new home, my pod was delivered on time and without issue - all my items were safe and undisturbed from the journey. I will undoubtedly use them for future moves given how professional and seamless this first experience was. I read a lot of reviews of other self move / pod-type companies and saw endless negative reviews based on chaotic and unreliable service and the inability to actually speak to someone when you needed something. Moving is complex enough without having to worry about when and in what condition your items will arrive in your new home. Thank goodness for U-Pack as they truly made my move easy and perfectly timed!

We used Upack to move our stuff from IL to AZ. We used our own loading / unloading people since Upack's cost was higher for loading / unloading (through a 3rd party company). Upack's truck driver who dropped off the trailer in our driveway was very professional and helpful. He spent time showing me how the trailer works - how to open / close the trailer door, how to place / lock the wooden door inside the trailer where our linear ft usage ended, how to hold the open trailer door in place with the given chains and even how to use a ratchet to hold things in place. There do seem to be some gaps in communication, I called and asked the office to pickup the trailer on a certain day, they dropped the ball there, but I was able to call back and have them pick up later that day (you'll need to follow up), the truck arrived on the shorter end of the estimate. Our loaders (not Upack) didn't use clothe so some of our furniture had dings / scratches, if you use anyone to move, have them use clothe to wrap furniture, plastic sheets aren't sufficient. I would recommend UPack for sure. If you have expensive stuff to move, you may need some other service as Upack doesn't have much insurance coverage for the stuff they are moving. Also the Upack truck doesn't have the best suspensions, so some of the stuff will move around, all depends on how well the loaders pack with clothe / load up vertically / ratchet up - the tall Upack truck has lots of space (108 inch tall, 27 ft llong, probably 5 ft or 6ft wide)Service: Out-of-county removals

From start to finish, every employee I spoke with was honest, acknowledged moving across the country as very stressful, and constantly communicated with me throughout my use of their ReloCubes. I even needed more than ordered and an extra Cube was delivered the next morning. The Cubes were very strong and I had confidence my belongings were safe and secure. U-Pack had competitive prices and I was also given a healthcare and student discount for any members in my household. Thank you for a great experience and I will absolutely use U-Pack again when needed

I was very very happy using U-Pack for our move from the Chicago suburbs to Clearwater, FL. It was cheaper than renting a U-Haul truck. They were always on time when they said they would, and the process went very smooth. They gave me time to load and unload without additional charges, and I would definitely recommend U-Pack to anyone looking to move across country!

Great first time experience using U-Pack. Very easy to communicate with. Pod arrived for packing in the timeframe selected. Was picked up and delivered to a different state within 5 days as agreed. Take away was super fast. I will definitely use the service again if needed.

Great company to use for your shipping needs picked up the pod off exactly when I asked I picked it up exactly when I asked to deliver it when exactly when I asked no leads times no waiting around everything was perfect they charged her account exactly when they said they would the exact amount that they said they would on the internet no extra fees or hidden charges or late surcharges or anything like that at all whole lot better than pods we paid a lot less than pods

The staff in both Eugene, OR and Elgin, IL who dropped off and picked up the cubes were courteous and professional. Nothing was damaged or ruined in transit as the cubes were airtight. This was a perfect service for moving my 1BR apartment 2000 miles.
