5/5 stars because the treat my high anxiety pup with love! My dog is a bit of a handful when getting his nails clipped but even after telling me he pooped himself, they treated him so kindly. They truly love animals here and not having to be worried about them being mad at my dog, makes me feel so amazing. He’s just a dog with trauma and they accept that. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I’ll keep being Rocky here until the end of time! <3

I typically don’t leave reviews, but the Grooming Lodge really pulled through for me and my shepherd. My shepherd does not like getting her nails trimmed. I’ve been working with her but she needed a trim in the meantime. Not even the vet would try it without a full sedation but these guys were willing to give it a try. I was so grateful that they were even willing to try, but they also were able to get it done! It may seem small, but for us dog owners that have reactive dogs, it’s one less thing to stress about.

I have been a customer for years and love this place! I even moved out of the state, and still stop by to get my little ball of fur groomed, by the amazing Brianna! She and the owner are so kind, and they treat our rescue with sincere care. I wish they had a location with their amazing staff where I live now. Thank you for being so kind to animals!!

Super friendly staff! Took great care of my viszla Ocho! He's very energetic and can be needy but they seemed to have made him feel very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back

This is the third time I brought my dog in to be groomed, the first two times are fine this last time it was awful. I brought them in on a Saturday and a week later my family came in for the holidays and asked when I was going to get my dog groomed. Apparently they did a sanitizing Grooming and his back hairs are thick and long you can hardly tell he was touched. They charge me $75 and typically I get them shaved for that amount and they hardly touch them for that amount this time. I left a message on their voicemail never got a call back. I just finally got a chance to call them and they offered me $10 off my next grooming. I just won’t be back I was Very dissatisfied the Grooming in their customer service. Best of luck to you

I was going to travel with my dog and called for an appt and even though they were booked they were so nice that they made time in their busy schedule to accommodate my dog.

I bring my dog here regularly for nail trims (grooming is not necessary for him). The staff is always friendly, quick, and they do a great job. I especially appreciate that they accept walk ins.

usually I come here all the time for my dog and never have a problem the guys here always do a good job and are very nice. This time around it looked like their was a couple new people, were being rude and didnt care about how we wanted are dogs cut. I understand we have a poodle and sometimes that is not possible because he is knotted. When We got him his haircut was really bad it has never been done like this. But this isnt why im upset my dog has moles on his back big and noticeable. I noticed there was blood on his back where they usually are. And then realized they shaved them off with whatever they use. Super inconsiderate last time I bring my dog here.

the owner is super sweet and under staffed and is doing his best to keep up with the demand.i took my dog in to get her nails cut (with us both having a lot of anxiety due to past traumatic vet experience) and the owner Josh i believe was his name, was very understanding and patient and cut my dogs nails super quick in a way we were both comfortable. can’t thank him enough for his patience.

Wonderful service! Mike is always willing to help and goes above and beyond for my nervous dog. When he was sprayed by a skunk, I drove down and they immediately helped no problem. Would highly recommend!

Brought my 4 month old puppy here for an exposure appointment. They did great with him and were sincerely attentive. Young people working hard to build a business. I love it!!Will be back in a month appointment already made!!

Rude and did not groom my pup, there excuse was because he was laying down, they advised he needing training because he laid down too much... Weirdly they were able to groom his face, but and genitals with no difficulty... fyi... he is a whopping 6 lbs. They have the nerve to charge me for a mini groom instead of confirming with me if a wanted this service when I definitely asked for a full groom, the 1st visit he had a full groom with no problem at all... BTW a mini groom is $10 less than a full groom a Complete and utter waste of money... no one should be treated like this. When picking up my pup he was anxious for me to get him ND he was crying that was huge clue to even his discontent.Reply to owner. This is untrue my dogs birthday is 3/20/21 so your review is a complete lie... he was there in October last... I don't need you to advise me of anything, I have found an experienced groomer. Thanks and have a great day

Our dog Solomon has been a client for a few years. Solomon has had both grooming and daycare services. We have noticed the oatmeal baths have helped with his skin allergies. We also love how much energy he burns with daycare and the socialization he gets with other dogs. Mike, his wife and team have a great business and are passionate animal lovers. Over the years we have been happy to see their business continue to grow in borh size and services offered.
