The storage is good. I didn't like having to sweep out my unit. They have on their site instructions for a normal lock. I filled the unit and realized it required a cylinder lock. I had to leave my item unsecured as I ran from one storage place to the next to find one. The office here never opened, there was no one available on the help service and they never said I needed a special lock. I wasted a lot of time today and was stressed my items were unsecured. They place is good but needs all the bugs swept out the halls.

I would highly recommend this storage space. It's clean, secured, & it has climate control if you need it. The bay door is huge so you can fit a big moving truck if needed. Mike is a great guy & helped me a lot.

I just travelled here from marengo to pick up the storage unit i bought. Google says they are open but nobody is in the facility and i have no way to access the unit i have 48 hours to clean out

Easy to set up the rental. I went in person because I wanted to check out the facility before renting. Climate controlled, clean, plenty of hand trucks to help with loading/unloading. Two large indoor bays to pull into and load/unload. The staff were always friendly and helpful. When we were done with the unit it was no problem to stop the rental. My only suggestion to improve would be to provide access to a dumpster—I would have paid extra for the access. Highly recommend. My first choice if I need storage in the future.

Brand new facility, clean, climate controlled, easy access, easy move in, easy move out - I felt very comfortable with my possessions being housed here for the last year and a half. Only gripe for me was their autopay system went down twice and I wasn’t able to get through to the office to pay my bill and I got some annoying emails and phone calls about not paying. Supposedly that’s a bug in their new system so hopefully that gets worked out soon! If so, I would absolutely consider store space south Elgin next time I need storage!!

Got a prompt help with over the phone as soon as I logged in to the site and.Tina and Ashley were extremely helpful when I came in to pick up the storage unit.
