I visited Ross in Elgin, IL looking for a good medium sized suitcase. I found a great American Tourister for $50! Yay me!! The store was also pretty organized and the associate who cashed me out was friendly. I would definitely shop there again.

Horrible customer service. When I walked up to the check outline it took the woman a while to even see I was there because she was so busy having a conversation with her co worker. She didn’t say a word to me, she just waved me over. When I got to the register I said hello and she completely ignored me and kept having a conversation with her co worker. When I was done checking out I even said thank you. And still not even a glance at me. Seriously horrible service. Continue your conversation after checking me out next time.

As soon as I walked in the store Krish greeted me very nicely. After I was done shopping I was standing in the Q-line, there was only one cashier at the counter at that time and it was Krish. She was very quick, efficient, friendly and nice. I was just looking how fast she was and even if she was alone, she was able to get the entire Q-Line quickly and effectively. I love going to this Ross due to the cashier. Also, the store has great items and deals as well!
