I applied for the loan they checked my credit, and the loan was approved few days after. The only thing interest was too high for me but l dealt with it. I needed the loan to do what l wanted to do at the time. Thank you

Scam financial group. Send you letters saying your pre-qualified then always ask for more info. Praying on people in need. I've taken action against there shady marketing tactics. Stay away.

Horrible customer service… they had me waiting for a week to get a respond back just to end up saying that I needed my 2021 state taxes other than that they couldnt approve the application but that I had the option to get qualified with the 2020 taxes so I end up loading the 2020 taxes instead and then they call me saying that I can’t that I need the 2021 taxes when they clearly told me that I can qualify with the 2020 taxes too! So I call customer service to cancel my application and they told me that they were so sorry to hear that I did all the requirements I need it to do and that my application was approved that they didn’t know why they had said that and had me waiting! But definitely end up canceling my application! Definitely not recommend this loan agency so call professionals!!

This branch location is terrible, especially the branch manager Kerri. We have been trying to pay off our loan for over a week now but needed to speak with her first regarding some issues with the loan. I have left 5 messages and had no response. The customer service is unacceptable. I run a business and I would NEVER treat my customers that way. I would never recommend anyone use this location, and at the One Main Financial I have called they are extremely polite and professional.

this place gets a negative 5 stars, don't ever get a loan from these people, complete rip off. i repeat do not get a loan, i had a great credit score once before above 720,these people enjoy ruining lives. some how it sounds to good to be true. i was looking for a great loan in 2018 i thought at the time the rates were low but some how these people got me in a 36% loan. do the math $221.00 a month from april 18 to now i should almost be done with this loan, they said i still owe another $4,200. they are doing fraud and they should go to jail for what they are doing
