“I brought my son’s car in after taking it elsewhere to get tires (that company directed me to Suburban) due to an issue that was found during the alignment process. The service at Suburban Tire was wonderful. They got us in right away and everyone was professional, kind and caring. They went above and beyond to take care of the problem and make sure the car was taken care of properly, including catching and repairing a mistake that was made when we took it to the dealership to get the brakes and rotors done a few months ago. I sure wish we had known about Suburban Tire then. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here in the future should we need service.”

“After having the worst time at the Toyota dealership, I came to J&R, whom I had been recommending to people. I was treated respectfully and as a normal person. Jose and Angel were up front and explained everything to me in great detail. They got my car inspected, sent me videos and pictures of the issues and had my car ready to go within the day. Jose gave me awesome updates, everything was explained in the reports and nothing was missed. I will definitely be going back again for everything!”

“While visiting with family over 400 miles from home we needed a couple things done on our minivan. Greg got is in quickly, was very communicative about the things that needed attention. He filled us in on the cost before we made decisions to have repairs made and he pointed out things that were critical to have repaired and an issue that needs to be repaired but can wait - so that we were not hit with additional costs. I really recommend this repair shop and plan to have our auto repairs and regular maintenance done when we are in town visiting family in the future. We were very happy with the work and the communication with Greg while repairs were underway.”

These gentlemen took care to make sure my vehicle was well maintained and safe for me. Phynix took time to explain everything clearly so I could make the best decision on service. Quinta also provided much help by providing other recommendations on both my van and daughter’s car. It’s great to know you can still get great service from such polite people. “Have an 04 Pilot with a ton of miles....needless to say don't want to spend a lot on repairs. Called Boss and spoke with the owner Vic...did a diagnostic for 125 and identified the issues with the car. Told him I'd think about it and he said if I proceeded with any of the suggested repairs he'd deduct the 125 diagnostic fee from any work I decided to. Two weeks later decided to proceed with one of the repairs and all the work was done to my satisfaction and the bill showed exactly what Vic said he'd do.Would recommend to anyone in need of auto repair in the area.”
“Found Pit Stop through Groupon and made an appointment. I was taken care of by JD. I suggest you request this guy. Personable, and very very knowledgeable!!! Really gave my car a thorough inspection and alerted me to some potential problems that he discovered. JD is extremely diligent and takes pride in his work. It's a rare thing to find a guy like this these Days. Most other oil change places (and I've been driving for 56 years) do not come near to matching the service and attention to detail that I experienced here. Pit Stop is very lucky to have an employee like JD. This will now be my go-to spot for oil changes!”
