Love, love, love it here. Miss Judy is amazing along with her entire staff. All of our dogs have gone here over the past 15+ years for grooming and boarding. We don't know what we would do without them.

Judy is truly caring about animals. Long story short , we have a 13 year old Goldendoodle. Our first child was born 8 months ago, and it's been an adjustment to say the least. Our dog has some medical issues going on and has for years. She is unable to stand for a regular grooming. We regretfully put her grooming on the backburner, and her hair became matted after only bathing her at home multiple times. I was referred to Judy after contacting many places. She was incredibly understanding and confident that she could take care of our dog given the special situation. She accommodated our dog every step of the process, and we are so thankful for her? . She treated our sweet old girl with nothing but love and care. She is one of the few great ones.

We have been going to motif for a while. Usually, my kids drop off the dogs at their appointments. Today is my turn to drop them off and begin there's was no parking available. When I got off my car, I opened the door. Since the door had a blind I couldn't see another owner being in front of the door with her dog. Her dog started barking at my dog, and my dog barked back, I had a. Employees from the Salon start screaming at me like she was my mother. My kids would complain about the service here and there about how they always complain about something with the dog grooming. Never really paid attention to their comments until now. Could of things plan out differently ? maybe but how I was treated is not the right approach for a paying customer. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Terrible experience here. I recently had my golden doodle groomed here. When she arrived home she had a gash on her ear. When I called Motif to ask what had happened, the lady over the phone was combatant and said that they did not cause the cut. However, when I kept pressing the subject, she admitted that they MAY have caused the cut. Also, they charged me an additional $30 for a “improper grooming” fee? Without even notifying me? Afterward, I went myself in person to resolve the matter. Again they were EXTREMELY combative and said that their groomer has extensive experience and she could NEVER make a mistake. Very unprofessional and I will not be taking my business here again.

Called niece in the morning with no answer. called in the afternoon to book an appointment for 2 dogs. Lady that answered said the owner was away and she could not take my appt. so I left her my name and number as requested. Still waiting for a callback. It's been 3 weeks.
