Where do I start? I previously had a bad experience at a different mattress firm years ago. I was never going to go back. A friend convinced me to give them another shot. I did, and Sheila was amazing from beginning to end. Sheila helped me decide between 2 options. Once I made a decision, She communicated through the whole process. (My bed had to be ordered). She tracked the status of my order until the scheduled delivery date. Great service and follow through is what I experienced. The delivery guys were great too, unfortunately I didn't get thier names. I love my new tempurpedic. Thank you so much!
