Fantastic total body workouts and healing. The people there could not be any nicer! They work with you at whatever mobility level you are at and help you grow from there. Dr. Serrano is a genius with his spine assessments and adjustments! I love the red light therapy and the personal trainer features. There's even nutritional counseling for those that need it.

Starting coming here with a bad hip problem and they fixed it! Now I come for monthly adjustments and it has kept the pain at bay. Very informative and helpful.

About a year and $3,500 worth of snake oil later and I still had no improvements. I really hate to leave a negative review as Dr. Serrano was extremely nice but this is an absolute waste of time, money, and can massively prevent people from actually addressing their real problems. Please, if you are in serious pain, I beg you, see an actual doctor! Don't waste your money here! I was in tremendous pain and was struggling to work because of it. This put me in extreme financial stress but I prioritized my back pain because it stopped me from doing literally anything else in my life. Dr. Serrano was 100% sure he could fix my issues and it was always "you just have to get more adjustments." It took a full year of me laying there crying while hooked up to the stim machine and finally, while crying on the adjustment table, he said "maybe it's time you spoke to a surgeon." Of course by that time I was even more financially destitute and was at risk of being homeless. I'm sure there are people with minor problems that are helped by these things, but for someone with actual problems, I found it horrifyingly irresponsible that I wasn't directed to an actual doctor much sooner. That money that I wasted on this facility could have gone to real treatment for my back. At this point I am 100% certain that chiropractors are a scam, and you should all be deeply ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of people in pain, preying on the weak, and selling them false promises. Shame. On. You. All.

Dr. Serrano has given me such great care. I was ready for spinal surgery, which he didn't try to talk me out of, but he asked me to first work with him. For 4 weeks, I had adjustments 3x a week and 2x a week I did active care (stretching/ exercise.) My sciatica arm pain went away. My daily headaches went away. I went back to my orthopedic and cancelled the surgery. The orthopedic was so happy and said to continue to get adjustments. 3 more weeks have gone by, I see Dr. Serrano 1x a week now. I know this will be on going, but I'm not giving up. In addition, all the staff is friendly and caring. I strongly suggest you go here... I've been to other chiros and this staff is the best!

I have been to many chiropractors through the years. This office is most definitely the best office I have been to! The moment you walk in you are greeted by the wonderful front desk staff. You feel at home immediately!! All of the Dr's are so pleasant and knowledgeable. Not only do they just do adjustments, they work with you to improve your posture and help you to carry it into your everyday activities! I absolutely recommend the Dr's, Dr. Goetz, Dr. Welch and Dr. Serrano. You won't get better care anywhere else!!

My family and are are long time patients of Dr. Goetz. Started seeing him 20 years ago, when my daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis in 7th grade. Dr. Goetz began adjusting her and gave us some exercises for her to practice. His routine worked wonders! Her spine actually began to straighten. She is 34 years old and currently has excellent posture with no back issues. My husband and I go in for regular adjustments. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Overall, great doctors and a great place for chiropractic care.

Dr. Serrano and staff are fantastic. They are truly passionate about their work, and they care about their patients. I was having back problems, and found out I had a Scoliosis right before my wedding. Dr. Serrano helped to get me back in shape in time to enjoy our big day. I highly recommend them!

I am a big fan of the Family Chiropractic and Posture Center! Everyone I deal with in this office is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Welch has been great at working with me and my kids to get us all in tip top condition. Dr. Welch is wonderful with the kids, helps them understand what she is doing, and listens to any concerns they have and responds accordingly. There is never a time that I feel like an idiot for the many questions we all ask. The massage therapist are also great! They listen to what you would like done and take that into account along with the doctors notes and provide a relaxing experience that is beneficial to my health. I would whole-heartedly recommend this chiropractic office!

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new chiropractor. I stopped in at Family Chiropractic and Posture Center to the entire staff in a team meeting. They were all pleasant and helpful. I signed up for an appointment on the spot. I have been going here for three months now. Both Dr. Welch and Dr. Geotz are caring and thoughtful. What I like the most is that I am not rushed in and out of the office. The doctors take their time and will spend more on my back and neck when needed. If you are looking for a caring team of professionals, then this is it.
