Worst PHARMACY!!! They are slow as all get out and their drive through is a joke. If your script isn't ready , then DO not have people hog up the drive through - have them come back . I do not suggest this Walgreens

Dirty. Understaffed. Employees move at a snails pace - likely because they are understaffed so it might be unfair to blame them. Regardless, it is typical to see lines of angry customers at the pharmacy and in the pharmacy drive through. Many who have waited for 45+ minutes. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.Today when I left without purchasing my over the counter product because nobody would help me I saw an employee while walking out and I asked her "is this the worst Walgreens in the state of Illinois?" And she replied "no, I think there are a couple others that are worse!" I said "can we agree on top 5?!" And she said "yes!"Funny exchange. But frustrating store.

I went to the photo department last night to have 4 pictures printed. Went to the desk 30 minutes later when they were supposed to be ready and the lady was very unapologetic when telling me the machine got jammed or something and they probably wouldn't be ready until today. When I called to check to see if they were ready today I kept getting transferred back and forth to and from the photo department to the front and back again. They are not answering their phone. Don't go there for pictures l!! Horrible customer service

My eye doctor called in a prescription for antibiotic eye drops following surgery. A week later my prescription was still "pending". By that time I had already dealt with the situation and got my prescription filled elsewhere.
