If I could put zero stars, I would. The customer service is completely horrible. The girl that was taking out order was on her phone the entire time and very rude when I mentioned that she was on her phone instead of paying attention to what we had ordered. She even had the nerve to tell me to deal with it, when I asked for a manager and corporate # when she refused and I told her it was her obligation to give me that info. I will never go there again.

My favorite Dunkin’ lately, they had a rough patch, but the workers now are on point. My coffee always has the perfect amount of ice and the flavor is consistent.

Hi, I ordered ice coffee carmal flavor and they didn’t put that carmal pump on my iced coffee and they put too much ice in my drink I said more coffee less ice but she put more ice so, I will never go to that Dunkin.

Processed order at the window because app wasn't adding donut for a dollar. I placed my order but wasn't told my total so I assumed the drink was $2 and donut $1. I was not given a total. I gave my card and once I was given the receipt I realized I was overcharged almost $2. When I questioned the associate she said it's my responsibility to know that the drink price was only through the app. I explained the issue with not getting the discount on the donut, which was why I ordered at the window she again says it's my responsibility. Why do some employees not understand good customer service? It took nothing to be polite. Also if I would have been told my total I would have known there was a pricing error. I will not be returning to this location.

This is one of if not the best Dunkin I go to. All the employees are friendly and the drinks are right. Even when ordering a specialty drink they aren't just a mess put together. You can always see them cleaning the line from the drive thru. All in all great.

The language barrier can be a real problem in this place, especially drive-thru. Have had to go back in several times to have orders corrected. Outside of that, it's a Dunkin' Donuts what else is there to say

Scheduled an order for a coffee in advanced and walked in later hoping to see my coffee. Waited as long as I could but they couldn’t make my order in time. What’s the point of scheduling an order if they’re not even going to make it?

I usually have a Fabulous Experience at this Dunkin. But, for the past month the Female Employees always tell me the kitchen is closed. They only have doughnuts available. It's because they do not want to clean the toaster ovens after they make the food. HOWEVER, if it's the male employees on duty. They will gladly make you breakfast at 2pm. I just don't understand it, unless the Dunkin Franchise owner hired former McDonalds Employees, from across the stree. that were fired for not cleaning the broken ice cream machine. Then that explains the lack of customer service, and laziness in wanting to please a customer to want to return the South Elgin, IL S.McLean Blvd l9cation.
