I was rear ended and Forrest Auto Body was the body shop partnered with Brilliance Subaru, so I knew that they would do a stellar job, especially working with Subaru’s symmetrical all wheel drive. Annette followed up with me weekly and made sure I was in the loop. Tyler was constantly was firm with the insurance company to make sure I had all the necessary oem parts so my wrx was 100% whole and no short cuts taken. “I made my appointment on Thursday for new tires to be installed Saturday. After install, I paid for an alignment due to the specks after putting the new tires on. The staff was friendly and the waiting room was clean. I came in with a wheel sensor warning light that came on after being at the dealer. The techs ran the test and everything was okay which is opposite of what the dealer was telling me. Michael, the manager, ran a second diagnostics just to verify what the techs found for both of our peace of mind. Everything came back good and they were able to reset the warning light. Michael has been in the industry a long time and was super knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location if you’re in need of services on your car.”

“Just went there to get a insurance company required estimate. Took care of me right away. Tino and I went out to look at the damage to my car. He was friendly and through in the inspection. Went inside ask me to have a seat and give him 20 minutes to put together a estimate. Roughly 15 minutes later Tino came back with the estimate. I've have not had any work done there, but my daughter has and very satisfied with their work.”
