Instructions for picking up online stuff in Bestbuy is not very clear, when I signed in and see whether my order is ready it shows a barcode and wording "When you get to the counter, just show the Best Buy associate the number below." But when the staff came in it asked my ID too l!! luckily I brought my ID with me and showed it. I then I went into arguments with the store manager on why he asked me an ID while it is not shoeen on my online instruction (mybestbuy accountl, he was searching all over the online notice but not found one. He then said that I have to check my email that the instructions will be in the email! What is the purpose of the order status and instruction to pick in the online account if the customers need to also see the email??
Very inefficient and a hassle. I was planning to get the order while jogging for which i just brought my phone. otherwise i wont be able to pick it that day!! the manager also told me it may be too long to put the instruction? what? just add 4 words "and bring you ID" to the wording "When you get to the counter, just show the Best Buy associate the number below." ???

DO NOT apply to work at this store. shaun the store manager does not know how to do his job or handle employees. My son worked there and iinstead of getting off at 10, He'd be made to stay there till 1am unloading a truck that should had been the back room's repsonsibilty. My son also restricted hours and shaun kept scheduling my son what he wanted not what my son could do. After leaving there (My son) we were in there getting something, and shaun did his best not to greet us despite my son quitting for also many other reasons. Do yourself and others a favor and avoid employment at this store.

I bought a used car recently with an aftermarket stereo and I wanted to get the steering wheel controls working. Matt discovered it already had the module and just needed to have the software updated! He also discovered it didn’t have the correct installation kit(there wasn‘t one)! Matt also grounded the unit to reduce the background noise, along with fine tuning the system! Great service, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about car audio! I highly recommend Best Buy‘s Geek Squad for all your automotive stereo, remote starter needs!

I went in for a specific product. They had exactly 1 in stock just like their website said, every employee I spoke with was friendly & quick to help me or send someone who could, and checkout was a breeze.

I've seen the reviews yet I'm in there weekly and see nothing but happy faces. The employees and managers are always present the flow is different than other stores, you request for service and an employee will find you, a lot of stores are short staffed but it doesn't stop them from shining everyday making the store look bright and clean!

We came into Best Buy today to look at some taptops. The staff were very helpful in making sure we found the right laptops for our needs and at our goal price range. We ended up purchasing two open box laptops at great prices. The Geek Squad staff helped us get our laptops all set up and ready for immediate use. Thanks Mohammad and Roger for sharing your expert knowledge.

You know there's really nothing cool about Best Buy. It's an old-school outdated store. Shopping there is very boring the customer service is good, nice employees for sure. But they carry average to okay products. I'm in the Audio Visual industry and people always have something to say about Best Buy. It's mostly negative -> "always" it's a boring store, doesn't really make you want to buy anything or check anything out. Not interested to look anything in the store. Its the kind of store you go to after you've done all your research online, checked out reviews on products online. Most Importantly watch YouTube video reviews and actual use on the item you are interested in, to see and confirm if its worth your hard earned money. What's funny is people always - - - always bring up ABT Electronics because it's a fun store lots of cool stuff to look at touch, electronics to play with on demo/display and of course there's more stores within the store lol. It really makes you want to buy more items or seek an upgrade. Best Buy is like, hmm, let's see their prices and compare to other stores and if cheaper buy it online for a quick pick up and run versus ABT, where you'll just want to hang out there get your vehicle some new gadgets, maybe you need a home upgrade, water heater, AC, furnace or just chill. ABT is the spot. Best Buy is just that store that's there - for quick pick up, that's about it. I wish they would update/upgrade the store making it more entertaining in demoing cool products, the store needs LIFE a New Design. So many stores have gone out of business because they do nothing to capture customers' interest or appetite to want to come in and seek new toys for home, car etc. MicroCenter was another store about to go away but they WOKE UP and have come a long way and I love shopping there plenty of products for PC building, gaming rigs to demo, play and test while shopping and much much more.... Heck Microcenter wet my appetite and I built a $4,000 gaming rig with a 14900k, 4090 GPU duel 2k monitors etc. I find myself as well as my co-workers and neighbors enjoying ABT & Microcenter. Best Buy is a simple peek at the prices but these other store will match or beat them on pricing to keep the business. I hope Best Buy wakes up but I think they're less than 2 Yeats away from total shutdown chapter 11 ? Many Best Buy's have already closed many stores They need a life line
