“I had an employee immediately greet me at the door and ask if I needed anything, which I was really hoping for because I was incredibly nervous. Had no idea how pickup worked. I had to wait a while, there were 2 employees working for geek squad, but none for pick up for about 5 minutes. Someone helped me and they were so kind :)”

“Went to Best Vac for the first time this weekend and had a fantastic experience. Kelly greeted us immediately and offered her assistance. She was patient and very knowledgeable teaching and showing me the different models of vacuums. I was able to test a few different ones and ask a ton of questions which I ended up buying a Sebo! Kelly was super helpful, customer service was 10/10 seriously. Will be recommending their store, and making sure to use them for future needs as well.”

Bill was patient and helpful from design, choosing materials, modifications and work order changes right up to the final adjustments. The results are amazing and we love the layout of the bathroom tile, cabinet, and a shower in place of a platform tub. The quality and workmanship are excellent. “Ever since i moved to the area i have been in the bartlett location on a weekly basis. Nihad has been my go to guy! Every time i see him he has been working with other staff on improving with resolution and quality talks. The past two visits i went to say hi but saw he was busy working with other associates. So i didn’t want to interrupt. It is good seeing good management in place and see how looking for solutions by talking it out is always much more effective. The people overall seem to care about your experience and its a great environment to shop in. Thanks home depot!”

This store should be nations award winning home depot in north america The first time they were awesome then second the third fifth and till the seventh times they were amazing You have to understand being Asian not many or most greet to you at first or kinda ignore your existence from time to time But not this location of Home depot! I went there several times looking for things for our new home Talking with different staff every two weeks apart You'll notice how nice and helpful they are That's all i decided to spend my 2 min to say about this Home Depot in Carpentersville, Superb !!!”

“This location actually has baby monitors in stock and a lot of Best Buy locations don't have them so you can't look at them in person before ordering. Also they have a selection of analog phones which not everyone keeps in stock either. There are just some things that are better if you can see them and touch and look at up close.”
