Easy in and out process for an international driver’s license with zero waiting time. Highly recommend this location, very fast and courteous staff. Way easier than when I was applying at the location by West Chicago. Had no issues traveling and using the IDPL internationally.

AVOID AAA INSURANCE. MY EXPERIENCE WITH AAA AUTO INSURANCE AFTER 20+ YEARS OF BEING INSURED BY THEM.I had never made a claim with AAA yet recently after leaving my car lights on the car would not start. Since I Pay AAA Insurance for Road Side Assistance, I contacted them. Road Side Assistance did show up with a van full of batteries to sell. I explained that my car only needed a jump start. The tech proceeded to tell me all the reasons why I should replace my battery. After much to do he brought out his battery booster kit for jump starting cars. It did not start the car and he said it was because my battery had been drained of too much power. Because I was not going to purchase a new battery, HE LEFT. Yes AAA rode side service left me stranded. I called a friend and without a problem we jump started my car. Afterwards trying to deal with AAA regarding this situation was always the same "I'm sorry this should not of happened. Please call back and ask for xxxx department for assistance." After hours on the phone with AAA I was told that the tech followed company procedures. AAA was ok that I was left stranded since I didn't want to buy a unnecessary new battery from them. Now four months later that same battery continues to start my car every day. Imagine how AAA would handle a claim if my home had a fire or my car was in an accident. I don't need to find out, I already know how AAA handles claims. There are plenty of other companies that sell reputable insurance.

After years of paying too premium membership on time no problems and never having problems with my membership great service I too have became a victim of corporate greed and new management got stranded 2 weeks ago on toll road but off safely to side Called for service at 626 pm told a flatbed tow truck would be there by 815 pm guess what 815 come no tow truck waited until 835 called told on way running behind be there in 15/20 minutes lies after waiting another hour and calling back no answer from my phone had to use someone else’s and they answered then lied again saying you were given wrong time by 2 reps Lol say it should’ve been 930 almost 3 hours later I say look at time lady it’s 945 and still no tow she calls them multiple times no answer.Guess what nobody called or showed until the next day but I got a tow on my own disappointment and was going to cancel but they sent me a letter stating they decided to cancel but no reason do yourself a favor and go elsewhere !!!!
