“I tried looking all around for a good shop with good reviews. Found Wentworth and took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment. We talked a couple of times through the phone and it was really a great experience. Not only did they explain the steps that they would take before doing the alignment, but they also didn't charge me for things I didn't need. Really appreciated the customer service from this shop, really friendly people. Once I received my vehicle back, everything was where it was suppose to be and even left it smelling nice for me. I will definitely be coming back for any other repairs I need. Thank you, Wentworth Tire Service for everything!”

“This is the best car repair shop in the area. The owner is very kind and understanding. They had changed the seat belt in my Nissan (purchased original Nissan part too) for a half price comparing to the dealer. Reading reviews I was surprised there were complaints about communication. I never had that problem - when I told the owner that I had only one day to make any repairs and I can't leave my car in a shop, they had ordered new tires and called me after couple of hours when the tires had arrived so I can bring my car back to change my tires. They also had changed oil in my car very quickly when I was waiting with my autistic son the other day. They are good, honest people.”

“Excellent service. Fast as well. Week later the problem I came in for still hasn’t return. They diagnosed the problem efficiently. If it wasn’t for the warranty coverage company delays. I would’ve been out of there in under an hour. Once my part arrived from the auto parts store. I was out of there in less than an hour afterwards. Considering I was a walk in, that’s pretty fast. Even without a warranty their prices are reasonable. They get the job done. Not sure if he is the owner, but the guy at the front desk is a great guy. Keeps you informed throughout the process. I will be back, and highly recommend this location”

“Three days ago I had a blowout on the highway, I94, near Torrence Ave. I was able to get off the highway onto Torrence Ave in a safe spot. I tried to change my tire and put on the donut but was unable to complete the tire change as, one of the lug nuts my tire iron would not fit and another lug nut was rusted completely onto the lug. I called a tow company and a driver was able to get me all straight. He took the damaged tire off and put on the donut spare. T he next day I took the damaged tire to All Goid Tire & Rims and had a new tire put onto the rim of the old tire. I am pleasantly happy with the service they gave me. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with a new tire on my car and happy as a loon.”
“Since the recent change in management and staff, I just want to say thank you for turning what used to be a 2.5-hour visit to 15 to 20 minutes. I would dread coming to this location because it would take at least an hour before I would even get into the shop after waiting and watching the team just as on one car. “This shop is my favorite shop at all times, I have been dealing with Manny at this shop for a while. Manny was amazing and helpful. The new manger David has taking over. I was worried at first, but he is the best. I brought a semi truck for alignment, and two steer tires changed. I drove the truck home, but something felt off, he assured me that he will check things in the morning. I told him that it feels that there is no alignment done on this truck. I was worried to be honest since it’s the first time dealing with David, but he was so calm and had so much patience with me. He had his mechanic check the truck again and showed me the results and they checked the entire suspension to figure out the issue and why it’s moving toward the right. They also referred me to one of the best mechanic they know that is close by. I am not aware of the name of the mechanic that I talked to, but I want to say thank you for your help!
