I went 2 T-Mobile in Chicago Heights, IL. I was paying my mom's pre-paid phone, but didn't have a pin #. George was so helpful in helping me set this up. He even suggested that I have her phone bill direct debit from her account so that we wouldn't have 2 worry about coming into the store. I like ppl that suggest alternatives so that the customer can make a decision on what he would like 2 choose. George was a very patient young man & very kind. A pleasure 2 work with. I recommend TMobile in Chicago Heights. Store #1323

I was overcharged for a new phone I purchased. Phones is priced at 59.99 and charged 198. Employee named Mohammed. Was given a receipt with no transparency. Just one charge as "express item". This is a scam. Metro by T-Mobile need to look into these people running these stores! And I would appreciate a call back! To get this resolved!
