Our new favorite spot! We came here a few months ago and ordered the tacos they were perfect. Today I ordered the chicken enchiladas suizas and they were amazing . This place has such authentic tasting food, horchata is on point too.

Service gets worse and worse THIRD TIME IS A NO NO. My sister came from out of state last month and we ordered food from our "use to be" favorite Mexican spot. The enchilada dinner was drenched in tomato sauce even after we asked for NONE and the steak tacos were dry. We called, received a credit but was not told on an expiration. Last night I ordered 1 burrito and 4 tacos with sour cream on all additional ($1/each) I tried using the credit, they told me they expire after a week. I chocked it up and still placed my order. Received sour cream on 2/5 items and when I called back they said the chef said he did and I'd have to call in the morning to talk to the manager. Manager just told me I should've brought it back if something was wrong and they could've fixed it and there's nothing that can be done now. And too many customers call and complain/trying to get "fake" credits. 1: the line was busy. I checked the bag to ensure I had the items but I'm not about to inconvenience other people trying to eat, y'all should've made sure the ticket and items were correct. Plus, in the middle of a pandemic I'm going to bring my food back so you can examine it, add on, I wait longer, and then you give it back????? 2: I said how is the chef going to say he did everything right if it was many orders? He could've been busy and made a mistake. She replied there's more than one chef. SO ALL CONFIRMED THEY DID SOMETHING I KNOW THEY DIDN'T? 3: If customers are constantly calling to complain, as manager LISTEN. You're doing something wrong. If it was .50 I would've let it slide but I asked for $3 back or a credit to order less than half my meal again. Bottom Line: if you're looking to be surprised on your meal with trash a** service. This is the place for you. But this is beneath a lot of people's standards. Give me what I paid for. You're ripping people out of their money. NOT OKAY!

Omg. No bueno.... I heard so much about this place. I ordered the shrimp tacos. So disappointing. It may have be one medium shrimp diced covered with lettuce and a tomato wedge. The cost was 8.00 for two. Don't order the shrimp tacos!. I could have gotten a half pound of shrimp for that price. I understand the impact of COVID and have no problem paying. But a least provide the product. No bueno!

They have become my go to place for Mexican since the lockdown. They don't deliver so I order through GrubHub and they never get my order wrong. I always order a burrito.

Ordered food here the other day. Two Chicken burritos one steak burrito with sour cream on the side and a large Pepsi. Went through the drive thru. When I got home found the had no syrup in the Pepsi and no sour cream. I called and asked to speak with a manager and he didn't speak English. Tried talking with another person and they couldn't under stand after 3 times " there's no syrup in the Pepsi". "There's no Pepsi in the Pepsi". Still can't get through to them. They put the black girl that works the drive through. We tell her, maybe a little frustrated at this point and she says " I'm not stupid, stop talked down to me" . She has not customer service experience and is always impolite at the window. Ask them to fix the situation, they say "drive back over here". I say what are you going to do for us for messing up our order. Nothing, you get a Pepsi and sour cream. Again bad customer service. Could have offered us some chips and salsa, how expensive would that have been. They really need a new bilingual manager and a new person at their drive thru window, otherwise I'm not going back.

They have horrible service. I called in a order and waited 20 mins. When I called in to see if my order was ready the young lady was laughing all in the phone making it hard to understand what she was saying and she said oh we're about to start making it after 20 mins of wait they finally want to start making it so after I waited again she tells me that halsted has my order and if I want I can go pick it up from there. If I want to go pick it up from halsted I would have called them myself and when I asked why did they send my other they keep saying halsted has is halsted has it they called and took the order.

Horrible experience, i ordered from the wrong location and when I got there they told me i could not order there and demanded i went to the other location which was was way across town to pick my food up. My order was very simple, 2 beef tacos! The young lady was rude and did not even attempt to accommodate or rectify the situation!

This place place is awful and the service tonight was even worse.... will never go there again you would do much better ordering from Taco Bell or Burrito express down the street. Don't waste your hard earned money they are rude, ignorant and the food is less than mediocre. And they need to fire the ignorant girl that worked 10/11/20 @ 1am because she is just ridiculous

Check your bag when you go to Burrito Station. Ordered a few tacos and burrito from Burrito Station in South Chicago Heights on Sunday. When I got home, the burrito was not in the bag. I called back and gave the girl my name. She said I had a week to pick up the burrito. Went back yesterday, they said my name is nowhere to be found, they are not giving me the burrito. Told to call the night crew tonight. I called tonight, they said there is nothing they can do. Now I'm out almost 9 dollars. Not good customer service.

Never again!! I placed an order the other night for pick up and I asked the girl on the phone for the total. She explained to me she is not allowed to give the total over the phone. She said she would get in trouble if she did! Should have known right then and there that something Shady was going on. She estimated the price on the phone as well as I, and when my daughter went in to pick up the order, after waiting about half an hour for it, the price was about $20 off what it should have been! My daughter also told me that all the prices on the wall we're covered with paper! The food was all greasy and smash together in foil. I will never patronize this place again! There are too many other competitive Mexican restaurants in the area that are not out to cheat the customer!

THEY DIDNT JUST RAISE THERE PRICES THEY DOUBLED THEM!! Absolute ridiculous, I ordered CHEESE quesadilla dinner for the last 3 years I've had that at least once a week it was 5.95, I received the bill and they raise the price of those two 1195 forthree shells with cheese in them rice and beans absolutely positively ridiculous and it's a sad state of affairs when you're going to rape your loyal customers like that I will not ever be back!!
