First time customer of Jacks Tire, and I’m sold. They are respectful, true to their word, and typically that comes at a price but not this place. Still cheaper than all other tire shops on the area! Customer for life here. Keep up the great work, I will be back soon with the wife’s car!

I've purchased a massive amount of tires over the years, with 4 kids driving at different times. My go-to was the chain store tire shops, and for no particular reason, other than they were right down the road. I decided to shop local, and try Jack's Tire. They put a new set of tires on my GMC 2500 truck, and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. Fast, quality service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Jack's Tire to anyone in Illinois or Wisconsin, looking for great service with a great price! Thanks to Jim and everyone at Jack's for providing top-notch service to your community!

We have used Jack's Tire different times over the many years only because they were local, they have never been the best price. My husband took our car there for an alignment after getting a tie rod replaced. When it came time for my husband to have the tires rotated (10K miles) this is what the inside of both front tires looked like. We have since had to buy two new tires (Walmart) and decided to have Belle Tire in Rockford do the alignment.

Jim at Jacks tire is an excellent mechanic and very determined to fix annoying issues! My 2019 Chevy was having wheel bearing issues. Replaced it. Part was faulty. Jim replaced it without an issue cost free after finding exactly what the problem was. I’ll keep going here for all my needs vehicle related!!

They are really great at their job and up front and honest. They did a wheel balance and suggested new tires and a sway bar replacement. When the time came they called and said my car's frame was cracked and didn't want to throw new tires on just to make a buck. I appreciate their honesty and the job they do.
