I would rate this a 0 if i could too. I was banned because my dog was 10-15 minutes late. Policy says 15 minutes max, but they dont mention they take 5 hours on your dog (when its supposed to be 2 hrs) but deny your service even after calling prior to let them know we were running behind. After banning me then they continued to lie and said i was 45 minutes late. Like what?? New management is horrible and needs to get shut down because honestly they dont even groom correctly, they cut your pups, products dry out your dogs skin, and they leave the nails extremely sharp as well. The fact that i thought my dog was at the best groomers, whew i have now found doggy stylz in loves park and is truly the best salon that has taken care of my dog.

If I could’ve given 0 stars I would’ve, they cut my friends dog and didn’t say anything to her about it, I understand accidents happen but no accountability was taken nor was the situation addressed, absolutely sick, do not take your dogs here!

Hailey & Stephanie did a great job on Bart. He is full of energy, so I know it was a challenge to get such an even trim when he just wants to play.

I have 3 special need cockers and Monica does an amazing job. So patient with the girls. They love her! I have tried a few different Mobil groomers. This one is the best!

The groomer Ms. Hayley at Bubbles and Bows is amazing! Our Doodle Rocky is very picky on who does his hair and nails. He absolutely loves her! Really appreciate her and her team being gentle with our baby!

Miss the lady that retired...my dog does not like getting her nails trim down there anymore today she bled from 1 of them?this was some years ago… I started going back & I do have to say they have been wonderful gotten a lot better since my original post. My dog hates the Vet & groomers and baths at home so she shakes but I would definitely recommend Bubbles & Bow again. I continue to go to them they are convenient & usually doesn’t mind just popping up without an appointment

I took my cockapoo and aussiedoodle, asked them not to shave them since it's getting cold. They shaved my cockapoo bald, you could see his skin. I asked them to leave the hair on top of his head, no the only hair left was his ears. They tore my aussiedoodle's butt while expressing her anal gland. When my husband picked them up they had their collars on the wrong dog. While my husband was trying to fix them the worker just walked away. But first complained that the aussie likes to play in her poop and she had to clean it up. Hello, that's your job. No discount offered or apology given. We won't be back. Worst groomer we've been to.

I couldn't be happier. I've been led to believe my cat can NOT get groomed without being sedated. Welp, Bubbles and Bows have proved them wrong. Thank you for having the time and patience to help my Rocco get the attention he needed. Thank you soo much you have been such a blessing!

I took my dog in for a haircut and bath. Picked him up couldnt understand why he was shaved down all over his body aside from his tail, which was long and matted. I asked the woman at the front desk and she said she didnt know what happened and why he was not clipped all the way as he usually is.I feel someone should of called me of there was an issue or reason he was 3/4 groomed. I sure got charged full price.

I’ve been taking both of my dogs, Duke and shadow every 6-8 weeks since the beginning of the summer. They are Siberian huskies, very hairy. They’ve been coming out looking refreshed and lighter from all the fur combed off. There bandanas that they add at the end make them look so handsome. I would keep coming back to get them bathed.

Sherry and I believe marissa Melinda(sorry I’m terrible with names) both did an amazing job on my two husky’s. They have a package that works perfect for my heavy shaders not to mention keeping their nails trimmed and teeth clean! All for a super reasonable price. Today they even did Fourth of July photos that I am just in love with! My dogs just walks right in with staff and I love that they are comfortable with them. They also never mind helping me load them into the car if they aren’t busy in the back, a huge plus with two pulling dogs lol.
