Went to see a 1996 Saturn. It ran. They wanted $1000 for it. Unfortunately my son bought it. The brakes went out on it the very next day. Took it to a garage and they couldn't even put it on the lift it was so rushed. The back tire was ready to fall off it was so rusty. It is a piece of junk. You can't trust those guys at all.

Went to see a car that was posted on Facebook. Unfortunately, the listing neglected to mention the driver's door was broken off on the inside and replaced with a piece of nylon rope! I wouldn't have bothered to stop knowing that, which probably explains the omission.

My daughter bought from them maybe 3 months ago, nothing but problems with the car she paid $3000.00 for. Now she is stranded having to miss her daughters birthday and has to put more money into the car. All while trying to raise her 3 year old daughter by herself. These guys are low lifes, unprofessional, and liars. They do not run a clean business, maybe the BBB needs a call. What would you do if it was one of your daughters, Robinson boys.

We went to test drive an advertised vehicle on Facebook. Upon getting there, it was small, jam packed vehicles in the back of a run down house, with a "shack" for the office. Very sketchy. Since we drove a far distance I put my judgment aside and had my husband test drive the van we had seen online. I stayed back with our kids. My husband calls me and tells me to pick him up at the gas station. I get there to pick him up, and he tells me the car would not start!! The car died during the test drive! We went back gave them the keys and left. I report this for others that are looking at the "low miles, clean title" vehicles they are selling. BE CAREFUL! Had that not died during test drive we could have been out a lot of money! And because it's technically IL there are virtually zero laws to protect you with car buying.

Bought a car from their Rockford location, paid $3000 cash, and the car didn't even last a month before it started overheating. $1500 of repairs later, come to find out the car needed a new engine. I ended up junking it for $350...Beware to buy from these guys, you'll end up regretting it big time!!!
