From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the community at Willow Creek are INCREDIBLE! They truly take care of you and make you feel welcome. Each of the staff members are wonderful and I can't stop raving about this beautiful place! The entire place is beautiful and clean. Thank you all for all that you do!

They help with food once per month. The food is good. Some things are close to the expire date but still you can eat them. The place is confortable, pretty, well organized and most important: people is really kind and nice.

If you really need help for dental, vision, clothes, or food. This is the place to come! They have volunteer doctors to come and work on the teeth and eyes. You only pay a small portion according to your income. Make an appointment, and see how they can help you. They have the means to get you help even for your car, depending on how old the car is. If they can't, they have other shops that might be able to still help you.

Mostly everyone is super nice except for a few and the food people are mostly nice except a few are extremely rude and mean the clothing store everyone is super nice I love the variety that the food and clothes store have and the care team is magnificent. I would go there again definitely only when the nice people are working:)

Through the years Willow Creek Care Center has helped me in more ways than one. From car service to food assistance to seeking legal advice to employment services to simply leaning on them for prayer. Thank you so much to the church, community, and volunteers for being so impactful and helpful for those in need of assistance in various ways. Forever grateful.

Went for their food pantry.Very clean and great food selection.Friendly church staff and volunteers run the pantry efficiently with an optional text service that tells you how many people ahead of you.Comfortable and abundant places to sit. Area with children's toys to keep young ones occupied. Not a bad wait at all and they even bring your shopping cart out to your car when you are finished shopping the pantry.Overall great experience and would use them again if needed and would recommend for anyone in need of grocery and some household items like toiletries etc. Thank you Willow Creek! ?

We were referred here by a friend who worked on cars for people in need. My Mom an 84 year old women was in an accident leaving her without a car. When this women named Linda belittled her for not being a church member, then said she would transfer her to someone else yet hung up instead, then lied about the whole incident giving a fake apology after my Mom had to call back. She accepted her apology only to have rude Linda hang up on her again. This is not a place to go for those in need. Any stars above a one are clearly paid.
