From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted and taken care of by Monica. I got what was called the works. Big understatement in my opinion, it should be called the Ultimate Experience. I sat down for a hair wash and was instantly impressed with the headrest that cradled my neck very comfortably, hot towel on my face, neck and head massage. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about her job, asking me about what I wanted done to my hair. Great job on my hair and mood, because it seems like she went out of her way to make my visit there very pleasant. Thank you Monica. Job well done. Sport clips = 300 Gold Stars

They really need to be conscious of wait time. Sitting and waiting after checking in online is pointless. Accommodate all your customers and maybe revise the process.

Asked for them to make my sons front spikey and gel it… this is how he came out. Uneven bangs hanging straight down the front of his head. The prices keep raising at Great Clips but the level of service is not there.
