I had the best experience at this store today!! Welcomed by two employees when I walked into the store. Norma offered to do a fitting and she made this experience a very pleasant and easy one. I dread bra shopping so I wasn’t looking forward to coming but because of Norma it was fun and easy!! Love this store!! Thank you again for your Fantastic customer service and friendly attitude. It was much appreciated! I will definitely return to this store.

Carmen, greeted me as I walked in helped me choose between several bras to try on. I was pleased with two of the five. I bought 4 bras. Luckily they were on sale. I will be waiting for another sale to try their cool nights sleepwear.

Worked with Norma on my first shopping experience to a Soma store and she was wonderful! She was suggesting items and helped pick out some cute pjs and panties! I will definitely be back to get fitted for a bra and will be requesting to work with Norma again. She made the experience so positive and made me extra comfortable navigating the store!

Right when I walked in the door, I was greeted, offered a changing room, and sized. As the salesperson (Becca) pointed out, bra sizing here is a slightly different than at Victoria's secret, so do try on bras before purchasing and Becca was on it with handing me various sizes for bras and underwear to try on. I got a bunch of seamless underwear and bras (super comfortable and love the material, love that they have a seamless bralette with a V cut vs scoop lines everywhere else). I had grabbed a few things from the store after changing and Becca was great in noticing that I had grabbed the wrong size for something and changing it out for me (also, it was busy with many ppl coming in for last day of a sale). Also really happy with having items shipped to me at no extra cost when they were not available in the store and have it all be included in the sale price.

I stopped in the So. barrington store today. There were two sales people in the store and one other customer. No one greeted me, asked if they could assist. I walked around the store for 10 minutes and no one offered to help. I will not return.

My friend and i was in the South Barrington store in the early afternoon. Wanted to be sized for bras. The young lady who helped us doesn't know how to size for bras. I am a 38 DDD. She seemed to size me in a 42 DDD. The bra cup was too big. Also these bras need to be made bigger around at the closers. They are so tight and just makes your upper body fat push out alot! I was told these bras are so comfortable. My girlfriend and i beg to differ. I was planning on switching out my Victoria's secret bras to your brand until I tried yours on.

This started as a good experience and went downhill very fast on January 8th. My mother and I were greeted immediately upon arrival and asked what we could be helped with. Sales lady (JoAnne) measured me and started pulling bras for me to try on since I've never shopped at Soma before but have heard good reviews. Quickly found that there were only three bras in the store that I could try on in my size which was disappointing but not unexpected with Covid times. I went into the fitting room and was instantly uncomfortable, in the fitting room across from me there was a man and woman. The entire time I was trying on bras and letting my sales lady in and out of my fitting room I could hear the man commenting on the bras the woman with him was trying on. After checking out at the cash register, the sales associate showed us out since it was 5 minutes after closing. As we were walking out my mother slipped on the icy brick pavement and fell forward out of the store. Rather than helping us, the sales lady said "Oh no, are you ok?" before quickly closing the door (while my mother was on the ground), locking it, and leaving me to gather my mother and her belongings off the ground. This was our first time visiting this location and it was the last! And no, my mother is not ok from her fall!

Recently visited store. I was immediately greeted by sales associate. The associate was extremely helpful and very attentive. She helped me find exactly what I needed. The bras are beautiful and quite comfortable.
