I was introduced to Pete Froehlich via a co-worker that also used Pete's services over the years. I shopped around to several lenders and I must say Pete won me over. He was very thoughtful, took the time to coach me through the process. We talked on the phone several times, a couple calls close to an hour. He didn't give you a sheet of paper like the other lenders that completely confuses you with 30 line items with charges, rather he summarizes the charges and guides you on what to expect. The figure he had for closing was pretty much dead on (-300). Which he said you should expect. Very professional, and helpful.

Tom has been our mortgage broker since 2000. Excellent service and care. He has helped us many times when buying and refinancing our homes. Tom would give his clients 200% of his time and attention and ensure we have received the best care.
