I like that I frequently see the same associates on the sales floor, so I know that they are pretty familiar with the products. They are also all very friendly and helpful but give me distance if I just want to browse. I never feel like they're breathing down my neck, but I know they're there if I need them. The cashiers are also friendly and willing to help, like when I get home and realize I had a coupon I could have used. Overall, I enjoy shopping here--and I'm not even that much of an outdoorsy type.

Friendly and helpful ladies helped me and my husband to find shirts that were exactly what we wished to buy and the cost for all our choices were appropriately reasonable. We will return to find more in the fall.

I'll never step foot in this location. I asked a lady for help and she was like well I'm leaving! Then another lady stepped in and it was worst. I asked for something I saw online and she basically told me to look for it myself. I was asking because I couldn't find it. Older cashier had such an attitude even my daughter caught that. SAD. Do better LLBean

Great service, a variety in women's clothing are available..minus - women's tall jeans (which are not available to purchase in their LLBean store).... Not all women are short !!! Staff was very helpful in finding which pants I needed to order online in long/tall . My tall jeans arrived fast. Due to sizing issue I need to return jeans.Over all...I would return as LL Bean makes a quality product and good return policy.

I used to discount L.L. Bean as a snobbish version of other outdoor gear stores. But lately I've realized that they put quality and service first. We found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and personable. Oh, and their jeans actually fit me, which is a trick! I'm not a small guy, so finding a pair of jeans that fits and looks good is reason enough to give a 5 star review. We'll definitely be back more often.
