They were even able to do alterations within 3 days to make sure I had time to try it on a few days before the event. They actually ended up being a great choice because they’re incredibly comfortable, keep my feet warm enough on a plane and still look chic! “I stopped to look at their boots while I was in the neighborhood. They have top notch gear and their boots are high quality with triple stitching. I was hoping to find a bargain but ended up paying full price which is unusual for me. I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. Not to mention the great gear they carry.The staff was friendly and helpful and I helped me feel better about leaving so much money behind.”

“Some things I really love about this Duluth Trading location: - Great service, friendly associates. - It's a well laid out store, and the employees are constantly straightening, so you can easily find what you are looking for. - Quality, durable merchandise. The clothing items will last a long time. - Easy returns or exchanges. No questions, no hassle. - Pet friendly store. - Clean restrooms. - Soft, "Buck naked" underwear! Unless there are good sales, items are pricier than local competitors, like Cabela's, but again, Duluth sells items that last. There were some great deals here the week of Black Friday. I love the back area where you can sit and check out some of their books for sale, too.”

“I like coming here during the week in the morning right when it opens. You're greeted and welcomed by an employee. The store always feels fresh and untouched during these hours, and the environment is most pleasant then. Weekends for me are a no-go cause everything is ran sacked, and the store has a disheveled feel and unfortunately looks too. No fault to the store , just with these deals, no stone is left unturned!! Great store , good deals can't go wrong at Dd's”

“I really enjoy shopping at this Burlington location. They have a great selection of purses and home goods. I do wish they had a bigger selection of kids clothes, especially baby clothes. They do have a great selection of adult clothing though. I really enjoy buying home decor and have even purchased some smaller furniture pieces here. Their prices are excellent; I always find really great deals. Highly recommend checking it out if you've never been there!”

“Some of the lowest reviews are legit and some are just plain asinine. For example the kid that said the other stores look cooler, that’s probably the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. The prices are actually fair since they’re a lot cheaper than most of the stores I shop at and they have excellent quality. They always have sales so I would check the website. It was very slow when I went there on a Saturday night but the employees kept the store clean and tidy. I guess they charge for plastic bags now which is weird. If you have bought a lot of items, be sure to bring one of your own bags to store them in after purchase.”

They are the best in every way regarding service personality, quality of merchandise, and just overall service is over the top. “I love this store! Definitely worth the trip from Milwaukee. I'm leaving town in a week so I was under pressure to finally find THE wedding guest dress. The staff were really supportive and provided options for styles and sizes that I would not have picked on my own, but totally worked when I tried them on. They also made really helpful suggestions for hair and accessories too. I love the catalog, but coming to an actual store was a special experience. I'll be back!”

“I like that I frequently see the same associates on the sales floor, so I know that they are pretty familiar with the products. They are also all very friendly and helpful but give me distance if I just want to browse. I never feel like they're breathing down my neck, but I know they're there if I need them. The cashiers are also friendly and willing to help, like when I get home and realize I had a coupon I could have used. Overall, I enjoy shopping here--and I'm not even that much of an outdoorsy type.”
